บทคัดย่อ

การศึกษาวิจัย เรื่องการวิเคราะห์ต้นทุนโลจิสติกส์การปลูกกาแฟด้วยระบบต้นทุนฐานกิจกรรม อำเภอแม่ลาน้อย จังหวัดแม่ฮ่องสอน โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ในการวิจัย ดังนี้ 1 ) เพื่อหากิจกรรมที่ก่อให้เกิดต้นทุนโลจิสติกส์การปลูกกาแฟ จังหวัดแม่ฮ่องสอน 2 ) เพื่อคำนวณหาต้นทุนโลจิสติกส์ในแต่ละกิจกรรมของการปลูกกาแฟ จังหวัดแม่ฮ่องสอน ประชากรที่ศึกษาคือ เกษตรกรผู้ปลูกกาแฟ อำเภอแม่ลาน้อย จังหวัดแม่ฮ่องสอน จำนวนประชากรครัวเรือนที่ปลูกกาแฟ จำนวน 725 ราย ทำการสุ่มตัวอย่างโดยเจาะจงกำหนดโควตา ได้จำนวนกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 100 ราย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้คือ แบบสัมภาษณ์แบบมีโครงสร้าง และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป โดยใช้สถิติค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าตํ่าสุด ค่าสูงสุด การจัดอันดับ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การวิเคราะห์ต้นทุนเฉลี่ยต่อการวิเคราะห์ต้นทุนโลจิสติกส์ในแต่ละกิจกรรมของการปลูกกาแฟ จังหวัดแม่ฮ่องสอน เฉลี่ยต่อไร่ พบว่าต้นทุนทุนการผลิตโดยเฉลี่ยไร่ละ 3,219.87 บาท ในจำนวนนี้แบ่งเป็นต้นทุนที่ถือเป็นตัวเงินสด คือต้นทุนผันแปร เฉลี่ยไร่ละ 2,516.47 บาท และต้นทุนที่ไม่ถือเป็นเงินสด คือต้นทุนคงที่เฉลี่ยไร่ละ 703.40 บาท และเมื่อพิจารณาต้นทุนผันแปร คิดเป็นร้อยละ 78.15 และต้นทุนคงที่ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 21.86 ของต้นทุนการปลูกกาแฟทั้งสิ้นต้นทุนผันแปรของการผลิตพบว่า ค่าแรงงานเป็นค่าใช้จ่ายหลักที่สำคัญ เฉลี่ยไร่ละ 1,660.00 บาท (ร้อยละ 51.54 ของต้นทุนการปลูกกาแฟ ) โดยแรงงานเก็บเกี่ยวเป็นแรงงานที่ก่อให้เกิดค่าใช้จ่ายสูงสุด เฉลี่ยไร่ละ 1,300.00 บาท (ร้อยละ 40.37 ของต้นทุนการปลูกกาแฟ) รองลงมาคือค่าวัตถุดิบ เฉลี่ยไร่ละ 838.47 บาท (ร้อยละ 26.04 ของต้นทุนการปลูกกาแฟ )และค่าใช้จ่ายในการผลิตอื่นๆ เฉลียไร่ละ 18.00 บาท (ร้อยละ 0.56 ของต้นทุนการปลูกกาแฟ) สำหรับต้นทุนคงที่ของการปลูกกาแฟ คือ ค่าเสื่อมราคาเครื่องตัดหญ้า เฉลี่ยไร่ละ 480.00 บาท (ร้อยละ14.91 ของต้นทุนการปลูกกาแฟ ) รองลงมาคือ ค่าเสื่อมราคาเครื่องมือทางการเกษตรเฉลี่ยไร่ละ 223.40 บาท (ร้อยละ 6.95 ของต้นทุนการปลูกกาแฟ ) ผลผลิตเฉลี่ยต่อไร่ (กิโลกรัม) 280.80 บาท และต้นทุนโลจิสติกส์การปลูกกาแฟ ของเกษตรกรอำเภอแม่ลาน้อย จังหวัดแม่ฮ่องสอน โดยเฉลี่ยคิดเป็น 11.47 บาทต่อกิโลกรัม คำสำคัญ : ต้นทุนโลจิสติกส์ ระบบต้นทุนฐานกิจกรรม ผู้ปลูกกาแฟ

Abstract

This research arims to study : Logistics cost analysis of coffee growing using activity base costing system Mae Lan Noi District Mae Hong Son Province .The objectives of the research are as follows: 1) To find activities that cause the cost of logistics coffee growing 2) in order to calculate the cost of logistics in each activity of coffee growing Mae Hong Son Province.
