บทคัดย่อ

โครงการถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้เทคโนโลยีเตาชีวมวล เพื่อลดปัญหาการเกิดหมอกควันในพื้นที่ อ.อมก๋อย จ. เชียงใหม่ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเผยแพร่ ถ่ายทอดและติดตั้งเทคโนโลยีเตาชีวมวลให้แก่ชุมชนในหมู่บ้านทุ่งจำเริง และหมู่บ้านยางแก้ว ต.อมก๋อย เพื่อให้ชุมชนมีแนวทางในการกำจัดขยะ ชีวมวลที่เหมาะสม ช่วยลดปัญหาการเผาในที่โล่งแจ้ง ซึ่งเป็นสาเหตุของปัญหามลพิษทางอากาศ และปัญหาหมอกควันของจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ จากการสำรวจเพื่อประเมินปริมาณขยะชีวมวลภายในหมู่บ้านทุ่งจำเริง และหมู่บ้านยางแก้ว พบว่า ทั้งสองหมู่บ้านมีปริมาณขยะชีวมวล ประมาณ 1,917 กิโลกรัมต่อวัน ซึ่งหากนำมาใช้เป็นเชื้อเพลิงในผลิตเป็นพลังงานความร้อนได้เป็นปริมาณ 25,360 เมกกะจูลต่อวันหรือเทียบเท่าความร้อนที่ได้จากการใช้แก๊สหุงต้ม LPG (ขนาด 15 กิโลกรัม) จำนวน 35 ถัง ทั้งนี้ ได้มีจัดอบรมเพื่อเผยแพร่และถ่ายทอดความรู้เรื่องเทคโนโลยีเตาชีวมวล เมื่อวันที่ 11-12 กันยายน พ.ศ. 2562 ณ ศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กทุ่งจำเริง และศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กโป่งดิน (ยางแก้ว) ตามลำดับ ผู้เข้าร่วมอบรมประกอบด้วยตัวแทนจากองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลอมก๋อย คุณครูและผู้ปกครองจากศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก ผู้นำและตัวแทนชุมชน รวมทั้งสิ้น 55 คน ซึ่งผลจากการประเมินความรู้ความเข้าใจก่อนและหลังการอบรมฯ พบว่า ผู้เข้าอบรมมีความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับเทคโนโลยีเตาชีวมวลมากขึ้น จากผลคะแนนเฉลี่ยหลังการอบรมของผู้เข้าอบรมที่เพิ่มขึ้นร้อยละ 40 และส่วนใหญ่มีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมาก ผลการประเมินการใช้งานและความพึงพอใจในการใช้งานของเตาผลิตน้ำร้อนด้วยเชื้อเพลิงชีวมวลของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กทั้งสองศูนย์ และการทดลองใช้เตาชีวมวลระดับครัวเรือนในการประกอบอาหาร จากตัวแทน เป็นระยะเวลาประมาณ 2 สัปดาห์ พบว่า ทั้งศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กและตัวแทนชุมชนมีความพึงพอใจในการใช้งานเตาชีวมวล คำสำคัญ (Key words) : ขยะชีวมวล/ เตาชีวมวล/ ปัญหาหมอกควัน/ อมก๋อย

Abstract

Biomass Stove Technology Transfer for smoke reduction Project in Omkoi District, Chiangmai Province was initiated with an aim for installing the biomass stove and also transferring knowledge on the technology to a community of Toongchamreong and Yangkaew village in Omkoi subditrict. It is done to provide alternative proper means for biomass waste elimination that help reducing open space burning which is a cause of air pollution and smoke issue in Chiangmai. According to the survey and the study to determine volume of biomass waste in villages of Toongchamreong and Yangkaew village, approximately, 1,917 kg/day of biomass waste is produced from both villages. And that leads to fuel that can generate heat of 25,360 MJ/day and that equals to heat produces from 35 tanks of LPG (15 kg.). For the training on Biomass Stove Technology for knowledge transferring, the training was organized and held on 11th-12th September, 2019 at Toongchamroen and Pongdin(Yangkaew) Children Development Centers, respectively. Totally, there are 55 people from the communities comprising representatives from Omkoi subdistrict authority, teachers from the children development centers, parents of the children, communities’ leaders, and representatives from the communities. Pre and post evaluation tests that were taken before and after the training has found that the trainees gained more understanding and more knowledge about biomass stove technology by the score of 40% after training had completed. Besides, the evaluation test highlights that most trainees expressed their satisfactions for the training as “very satisfied” in aspects of contents, operation, and the trainers’ capability. For the issue on biomass stove technology usage and utilization, satisfactions of the evaluation survey was also performed. The survey points that the representatives from the communities who tested the system are satisfied with the biomass stoves that are capable of producing energy for hot water as a supplementary to LPG, help reducing energy cost and efficiently help reducing biomass waste in communities. In addition, this can help vastly reducing biomass waste burning in open space which causes smoke and air pollution situation in Chiangmai.
