บทคัดย่อ

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อพัฒนาศูนย์ข้อมูลนักท่องเที่ยวเพื่อใช้ในการกำกับ ติดตามการเกิดอุบัติเหตุในตำบลแม่วิน อำเภอแม่วาง จ.เชียงใหม่ ผลการวิจัย พบว่า  งานวิจัยนี้ได้จัดประชุมร่วมกับผู้ประกอบการ ผู้นำชุมชน ตลอดจนหน่วยงานในท้องถิ่นร่วมกันคัดเลือกจุดติดตั้งป้ายคิวอาร์โค้ดจำนวน 70 แห่ง กระจายอยู่ในหมู่บ้านจำนวน 5 หมู่บ้าน คือ  หมู่ 5 บ้านแม่สะป๊อก หมู่ 6 บ้านแม่มูต หมู่ 9 บ้านสบวินหมู่ หมู่ 11 บ้านห้วยโป่ง หมู่ที่ 15 บ้านใหม่วังผาปูน จากนั้นจัดทำป้ายคิวอาร์โค้ดและภาพการ์ตูนอัตลักษณ์แม่วินเพื่อจูงใจให้นักท่องเที่ยวทำการเช็คอินและเช็คเอ้าท์ให้ครบตามแผนการท่องเที่ยวที่ได้แจ้งไว้ จากนั้นทำการออกแบบระบบงานด้วยวงจพัฒนาระบบ SDLC และออกแบบระบบงาน ใช้ Use Case Diagram, Class Diagram, E-R Model และ Data Dictionary จากนั้นพัฒนาระบบเว็บไซต์ : http://www.maewinsafedrive.cmru.ac.th และแอพพลิเคชั่นบนอุปกรณ์เคลื่อนที่ Maewin Safedrive ที่สามารถดาวน์โหลดแอพพลิเคชันได้จากระบบแอนดรอย จาก Play Store และระบบไอโอเอส จาก App Store 2) เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจในใช้งานระบบศูนย์ข้อมูลนักท่องเที่ยวเพื่อใช้ในการกำกับ ติดตามการเกิดอุบัติเหตุในตำบลแม่วิน อำเภอแม่วาง จ.เชียงใหม่ โดยที่งานวิจัยนี้ได้จัดทำแบบสอบถามเพื่อวัดความพึงพอใจในการใช้งานระบบที่ได้พัฒนา จำนวน 2 ฉบับ โดยวัดความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้งานระบบจำนวน 1 ชุด และวัดความพึงพอใจของผู้ดูแลระบบ จำนวน 1 ชุด จากนั้นนำไปให้ผู้เชี่ยวชาญจำนวน 3 ท่านทำการตรวจประเมิน   และตรวจสอบความเที่ยงตรงเชิงเนื้อหาของแบบสอบถามโดยใช้ดัชนีความสอดคล้องระหว่างข้อคำถามกับวัตถุประสงค์ หรือเนื้อหา (IOC : Index of item Objective Congruence)    และค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถามทั้ง 2 ฉบับ โดยใช้สถิติค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิต และวัดการกระจายข้อมูลด้วย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน  แบบสอบถามของงานวิจัยนี้ได้รับการพิจารณาเข้าข่ายการยกเว้นการพิจารณาจริยธรรมงานวิจัย หมายเลขการรับรอง IRBCMRU 2021/011.29.01 

ผลพบว่า ความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้ระบบ จำนวน 120 คน มีความพึงพอใจในภาพรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ย 4.48 อยู่ในระดับมาก ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 0.57 ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง อาศัยอยู่ในประเทศไทยทั้งหมด ส่วนใหญ่ใช้รถมอเตอร์ไซต์เป็นยานพาหนะ  และใช้แอพพลิเคชันระบบปฎิบัติการแอนดรอย ในส่วนความพึงพอใจของผู้ดูแลระบบต่อการใช้งานเว็บไซต์ ได้แก่ กู้ชีพ ตำรวจ อาสาสมัครการท่องเที่ยว และนักพัฒนาการ ท่องเที่ยวขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลแม่วิน อำเภอแม่วาง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ จำนวน 7 ท่าน พบว่า ความพึงพอใจในภาพรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ย 4.81 อยู่ในระดับพอใจมากที่สุด ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 0.34 และ 3) เพื่อศึกษาผลการทำงานของระบบศูนย์ข้อมูลนักท่องเที่ยวเพื่อใช้ในการกำกับ ติดตามการเกิดอุบัติเหตุในตำบลแม่วิน อำเภอแม่วาง จ.เชียงใหม่ ผลพบว่า ช่วงเดือนมกราคมถึงกุมภาพันธ์ 2564 อัตราการทำงานของระบบมีความถูกต้องคิดเป็นร้อยละ 91.43 การแจ้งเตือนผิดพลาด คิดเป็นร้อยละ 8.57 

Abstract

This research was aimed at 1) developing the tourist tracking system used in the tourist information center in Tambon Maewin, Amphur Maewang, Chiang Mai province. The result revealed that with the collaboration of the entrepreneurs, the community leaders and the local administration organizations, 70 locations within the area of Ban Maesapok, Ban Maemuk, Ban Sobwin, Ban Huaipong and Ban Maiwongphapoong were selected to set up the QR-code stands. Next, the QR-code labels and the cartoon animation were designed for the tourists to check in and check out. Then, the system design with the System Development Life Cycle model and the Use Case Diagram, the Class Diagram, the E-R Model and the Data Dictionary was used to develop the information system. After that, the http://www.maewinsafedrive.cmru.ac.th website and the mobile application named ‘Maewin Safedrive’ that can be downloaded from the Google Play Store for Android and the App Store for IOS. 2) investigating the satisfaction of the tourists for implementing the tourist tracking system used in the tourist information center in Tambon Maewin, Amphur Maewang, Chiang Mai province. For collecting the data, two questionnaires were designed to evaluate the satisfaction of the users and the system administrators. Moreover, the questionnaires were evaluated by three specialists in terms of the content validity, the Index of Item Objective Congruence and the reliability. Additionally, these questionnaires were exempt from the research ethics approval with the certification number of IRBCMRU 2021/011.29.01. The result revealed that the overall satisfaction of the users was high with the mean score of 4.48 and the standard deviation was 0.57. Most of the respondents were female who live in Thailand. Additionally, most of them preferred travelling by motorbikes with the use of Android application system.  For the satisfaction of seven system administrators including the rescue officers, the policemen, the tourism volunteers, the tourist developer of Maewin Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Amphur Maewin, Chiang Mai Province, the overall satisfaction was high with the mean score of 4.81 and the standard deviation was 0.34. And 3) studying the efficiency of the tourist tracking system used in the tourist information center in Tambon Maewin, Amphur Maewang, Chiang Mai province. The result was that the accuracy of the measurement system was 91.43 whereas the systematic error was 8.57.
