บทคัดย่อ

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อพัฒนาระบบแนะนำเพื่อการวางแผนการท่องเที่ยวในตำบล  แม่วิน อำเภอแม่วาง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ 2) พัฒนาระบบฐานข้อมูลโปรไฟล์นักท่องเที่ยวที่สามารถนำไปใช้ในการศึกษาพฤติกรรมและกิจกรรมท่องเที่ยวของกลุ่มนักท่องเที่ยวเป้าหมาย และ 3) เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้ระบบที่มีต่อระบบแนะนำเพื่อการวางแผนการท่องเที่ยวในตำบลแม่วิน อำเภอแม่วาง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ จากการพัฒนาระบบด้วยกระบวนการ SDLC  โดยให้ชุมชนเข้ามามีส่วนร่วมในการพัฒนาระบบทุกขั้นตอน ผ่านการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก และการจัดกิจกรรมสนทนากลุ่ม รวมถึงการสอบถามความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้ระบบ ผลการวิจัย ได้ระบบแนะนำเพื่อการวางแผนการท่องเที่ยวในตำบลแม่วิน ที่สามารถใช้งานได้ทั้งในรูปแบบแอปพลิเคชันบนเว็บ และแอปพลิเคชันบนอุปกรณ์เคลื่อนที่ โดยมีฟังก์ชันการทำงานหลักของระบบ คือ การแนะนำแผนการท่องเที่ยวแก่ผู้ใช้ระบบ โดยใช้วิธีการให้เหตุผลตามเงื่อนไขภายใต้ข้อจำกัดของเวลา ซึ่งแผนการท่องเที่ยวที่ระบบแนะนำจะสอดคล้องกับความต้องการหรือพฤติกรรมการท่องเที่ยวที่ผู้ใช้ระบุ  ผลลัพธ์จะแสดงในรูปแบบกำหนดการท่องเที่ยว และแผนที่เส้นทางการเดินทาง โดยผู้ใช้สามารถปรับเปลี่ยนแผนได้ตามต้องการ

ผลการพัฒนาระบบฐานข้อมูลโปรไฟล์นักท่องเที่ยวในตำบลแม่วิน ได้ระบบฐานข้อมูลโปรไฟล์นักท่องเที่ยวในตำบลแม่วิน ในรูปแบบแอปพลิเคชันบนเว็บ เป็นระบบส่วนแบ็กเอนด์ของระบบแนะนำเพื่อการวางแผนการท่องเที่ยวในตำบลแม่วิน ข้อมูลการวางแผนการท่องเที่ยวที่นักท่องเที่ยวระบุความต้องการและพฤติกรรมการท่องเที่ยว รวมทั้งแผนการท่องเที่ยวที่เป็นผลลัพทธ์จากการแนะนำของระบบจะถูกจัดเก็บลงในระบบฐานข้อมูลโปรไฟล์นักท่องเที่ยว ระบบรองรับการใช้งานของผู้ใช้ 2 กลุ่ม คือ ผู้ประกอบการท่องเที่ยวมีสิทธิ์ในการจัดการข้อมูลสถานที่ กิจกรรม และแผนการท่องเที่ยวลักษณะเฉพาะที่สถานประกอบการจัดขึ้น และผู้ดูแลระบบ มีสิทธิ์ในการบริหารจัดการระบบในภาพรวมทั้งหมด และสร้างรายงานจากข้อมูลในระบบเพื่อเป็นสารสนเทศในการตัดสินใจและพัฒนาการท่องเที่ยวในตำบลแม่วิน

การศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้ระบบ งานวิจัยนี้ใช้แบบสอบถามที่มีคำถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า โดยแบบสอบถามผ่านการพิจารณาความเที่ยงตรงทางเนื้อหา และความสอดคล้องกับวัตถุประสงค์การวิจัย จากผู้เชี่ยวชาญ การคำนวณค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องของข้อคำถามกับวัตถุประสงค์ (IOC : Index of item Objective Congruence) พบว่า ในแต่ละข้อคำถามมีค่า IOC มากกว่า 0.50 ทุกข้อ และจากการวิเคราะห์แบบสอบถามจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ประกอบด้วย นักท่องเที่ยวที่ทดลองใช้ระบบเพื่อวางแผนการท่องเที่ยว และกลุ่มผู้ประกอบการและเจ้าหน้าที่องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลแม่วินที่ใช้ระบบในส่วนแบ็กเอนด์ จำนวน 283 คน พบว่า ความพึงพอใจในภาพรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ย 4.37 อยู่ในระดับมาก ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 0.65 ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง ช่วงอายุที่ตอบแบบสอบถามมากที่สุด คือ อายุระหว่าง 20 – 39 ปี ส่วนใหญ่เป็นลูกจ้างเอกชนหรือพนักงานบริษัท

Abstract

Objectives of this research are 1) to develop a recommendation system for travel planning in Tambon Maewin, Amphur Maewang, Chiangmai; 2) to develop a tourist profile database system that can be used to study tourism behavior and activities of the target group of tourists; and 3) to study the satisfaction of system users of the Tourism Recommender System for Travel Planning in Tambon Maewin. From SDLC, Maewin’s community has been involved in system development at every stage through in-depth interviews and focus group discussion activities. The results of the research were to suggest a system for planning tourism in Tambon Maewin that can be used in both the form of a web application and a mobile application. The main functionality of the system is to recommend travel plans to system users by using conditional reasoning under time constraints. The travel plan suggested by the system will be consistent with user-specified travel needs or behavior. Results will be displayed in the form of a travel plan schedule and the related route map. In addition, the user can modify the plan as needed.

The result of the development of Maewin’s Tourist Profile Database System is the Tourist Profile Database System as a web application. It is the back-end system of Tourism Recommender System for Travel Planning in Tambon Maewin. Tourist planning information where tourists identify their needs and tourism behavior, including the travel plans resulting recommended from the system will be stored in the Tourist Profile Database System. The system supports the use of two groups of users. First, the local travel operators who manage traveling attraction, traveling activities and unique travel plans provided by the operators. Also, the group of system admins who administer the entire system and generate reports to provide information for decision making and tourism development in Tambon Maewin.

For the study of the satisfaction of the system users, this research used a questionnaire with rating scale questions. The questionnaire was given to experts to consider the validity of the content and the consistency with research objectives. From the computation of the Index of item Objective Congruence: IOC, it was found that each question had an IOC greater than 0.50. For the analysis of questionnaires from the sample group of 283 people consisting of tourists who try out the system to plan their trips and a group of local travel entrepreneurs and staffs of Maewin Sub District Administrative Organization who operate the back-end system, it is found that the overall satisfaction was 4.37 at a high level of satisfaction, with the standard deviation of 0.65. Most of the respondents were female. The most surveyed age range was between 20 and 39 years old. Most of them were private or company employees.
