บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษาการใช้ประโยชน์จากทรัพยากรธรรมชาติโดยชุมชนพื้นที่ 3 อำเภอได้แก่อำเภอเมือง อำเภอแม่ลาน้อยและอำเภอสบเมย จังหวัดแม่ฮ่องสอน ทำการเก็บข้อมูลในช่วงเดือนมกราคม ถึง เดือนธันวาคม 2564 การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการใช้ประโยชน์จากทรัพยากรธรรมชาติในพื้นที่ 3 อำเภอ จังหวัดแม่ฮ่องสอน โดยทำการแจกแบบสอบถาม และการสัมภาษณ์การเก็บตัวอย่างการใช้ประโยชน์จากทรัพยากรธรรมชาติในป่าชุมชนให้กับชาวบ้าน และทำการออกสำรวจการใช้ประโยชน์จากทรัพยากรธรรมชาติบริเวณป่าชุมชน โดยมีผู้นำชุมชนและปราชญ์ชาวบ้านเป็นผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลัก จากการสำรวจการใช้ประโยชน์จากทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ พบการใช้ประโยชน์ 5 ด้าน คือ 1. ด้านอาหาร 2. ด้านสมุนไพร 3. ด้านก่อสร้างและเครื่องมือเครื่องใช้ 4. ด้านเชื้อเพลิง 5. ด้านอื่นๆเช่น ขาย ขยายพันธุ์ ประดับบ้านและคลุมแปลงผัก โดยหมู่บ้านนาปลาจาดมีการใช้ประโยชน์จากทรัพยากรธรรมชาติมากที่สุดมีการใช้ประโยชน์ 80 รายการ รองลงมาคือหมู่บ้านแม่ทะลุ มีการใช้ประโยชน์ มี 40 รายการ และน้อยที่สุดคือหมู่บ้านห้วยไก่ป่ามีการใช้ประโยชน์ 17 รายการ ซึ่งมีปัจจัยที่ทำให้เกิดความแตกต่างในการใช้ประโยชน์ในแต่ละด้านของแต่ละหมู่บ้าน คือ ปัจจัยด้านพื้นที่ตั้งของชุมชน ปัจจัยด้านชนเผ่าที่มีผลต่อวิถีชีวิต ปัจจัยด้านประเภทของป่า รวมไปถึงช่วงเวลาในการเก็บข้อมูลของแต่ละหมู่บ้านและข้อตกลงในชุมชนของแต่ละหมู่บ้าน
Abstract
A study on the utilization of natural resources by communities in three districts, namely Muang District, Mae La Noi District, and Sop Moei District in Mae Hong Son Province. Data were collected from January to December 2021. This research aimed to study the utilization of natural resources in three districts in Mae Hong Son Province by distributing questionnaires and interviews for collecting samples of natural resource utilization in community forests for villagers and conducting the utilization of natural resources in the community forest with community leaders and village sages as key informants from the survey of the utilization of natural resources. Five uses were found in this study, they are for food, Herbs, Construction and tools, Fuel, and other aspects such as selling, propagating, decorating houses, and covering vegetable plots. The village of Na Pla Chad had the highest utilization of natural resources with 80 items of use, followed by Mae Talu village with 40 item lists of utilization and the least is that Huai Kai Pa village has 17 items of use. There are many factors that cause differences in utilization in each aspect of each village, for example the location factor of the community. Tribal factors affecting the way of life forest type factors include the data collection period of each village and the agreement in the community of each village.
