บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) สังเคราะห์คุณลักษณะครูพลศึกษาในศตวรรษที่ 21 2) พัฒนาและทดลองใช้รูปแบบการเสริมสร้างคุณลักษณะครูพลศึกษาในศตวรรษที่ 21 สำหรับนักศึกษาสาขาวิชาพลศึกษา คณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเชียงใหม่ เป็นการวิจัยและพัฒนา ผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลักคือผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 23 คน ได้มาด้วยวิธีการเลือกแบบเจาะจงและสุ่มแบบการอ้างอิงต่อเนื่องแบบปากต่อปาก กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือนักศึกษาสาขาวิชาพลศึกษา ชั้นปีที่ 5 (หลักสูตร 5 ปี) และชั้นปีที่ 4 (หลักสูตร 4 ปี) ปีการศึกษา 2564 จำนวน 60 คน ได้มาด้วยการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่าย แบ่งเป็นกลุ่มควบคุมและกลุ่มทดลอง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย แบบบันทึกการสนทนากลุ่ม แบบประเมินรูปแบบ แบบทดสอบการจัดการเรียนรู้ และแบบประเมินคุณลักษณะครูพลศึกษาในศตวรรษที่ 21 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพโดยการวิเคราะห์คำหลัก วิเคราะห์เนื้อหา และการตรวจสอบแบบสามเส้า วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณโดยหาค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และใช้การทดสอบ t – test แบบ Independent test 
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) คุณลักษณะครูพลศึกษาในศตวรรษที่ 21 ประกอบด้วย ความรู้ด้านเนื้อหา ทักษะการจัดการเรียนรู้ ทักษะความเข้าใจและใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล การวิจัยทางพลศึกษา ทักษะด้านการสื่อสาร ความเป็นผู้นำ การแก้ปัญหาอย่างสร้างสรรค์ และจิตวิญญาณความเป็นครู 2) รูปแบบการเสริมสร้างคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ครูพลศึกษาในศตวรรษที่ 21 สำหรับนักศึกษาสาขาวิชาพลศึกษา คณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเชียงใหม่ ประกอบด้วย ที่มาของรูปแบบ คุณลักษณะครูพลศึกษาในศตวรรษที่ 21 ด้านความสามารถการจัดการเรียนรู้ และกิจกรรมการเสริมสร้างคุณลักษณะครูพลศึกษาในศตวรรษที่ 21 และ 3) หลังการทดลองใช้รูปแบบนักศึกษากลุ่มทดลองมีคุณลักษณะครูพลศึกษาในศตวรรษที่ 21 สูงกว่ากลุ่มควบคุมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

Abstract

The purposes of this research were 1) to synthesize the 21st century teacher’s physical education characteristics and 2) to develop and experiment with the 21st century enhancement model for teacher’s physical education characteristics for physical education students of the Faculty of Education, Chiang Mai Rajabhat University. The methodology was research and development. The key informants were 23 experts, selected through the snowball sampling technique and purposive sampling. The sample groups consisted of 60 physical education students from the 5th year (5th year curriculum) and 4th year (4th year curriculum) in the academic year 2021, selected by simple random sampling. The samples are divided into a control group and an experimental group. The research instruments included a semi-structured interview form, a focus group discussion form, an evaluate model form, a learning management test, and a 21st century teacher’s characteristics form. The qualitative data were analyzed by domain analysis and content analysis. They were validated with the triangulation technique. The quantitative data were analyzed by mean, standard deviation, and t-test (independent sample test). 
It was found that 1) the 21st century teacher’s physical education characteristics consist of content knowledge, learning management performance, digital literacy, research in physical education, communication skill, leadership, creative problem solving and spiritual teacher, 2) the enhancement model for physical education teacher's characteristics in the 21st century for physical education students, Faculty of Education, Chiang Mai Rajabhat University consist of the background of the model, the 21st Century teacher’s physical education characteristics in learning management and activities to enhance the 21st Century teacher’s physical education characteristics, and 3) after taking the experiment, it also found that the 21st Century teacher’s physical education characteristics of the experiment group were higher than the control group with a statistical significance at .05 level.
