บทคัดย่อ

ชุดโครงการวิจัยเรื่อง กระบวนการประยุกต์ใช้พหุวิทยาการในการส่งเสริมและยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิตของประชาชนในจังหวัดแม่ฮ่องสอน เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน โดยการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วมกับชุมชนและวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสร้างชุมชนต้นแบบด้านการพึ่งพาตนเองตามหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง ส่งเสริมและพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์สมุนไพรตะไคร้ภูเขาบนฐานภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นของกลุ่มชาติพันธุ์ปกาเกอะญอ และพัฒนานวัตกรรมเทคโนโลยีการทำทัวร์เสมือนจริงส่งเสริมการประชาสัมพันธ์โฮมสเตย์ของกลุ่มผู้ประกอบการโฮมสเตย์ในจังหวัดแม่ฮ่องสอน โดยใช้วิธีการการสัมภาษณ์ การสนทนากลุ่มย่อย ด้วยวิธีการสุ่มแบบเจาะจงกลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลักจำนวน 100 คน ใน 10 ชุมชน ครอบคลุมพื้นที่อำเภอปาย อำเภอปางมะผ้า อำเภอเมือง อำเภอขุนยวม อำเภอแม่ลาน้อย จังหวัดแม่ฮ่องสอน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า เกิดรูปแบบชุมชนต้นแบบด้านการพึ่งพาตนเองตามหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงโดยใช้ฐานภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นในพื้นที่โรงเรียนบ้านหนองเขียว “LSCSS Model” (Local Wisdom, Sufficiency Economy, Communities, School, Sustainability) ชุมชนบ้านหนองเขียว ซึ่งเป็นเครือข่ายความเข้มแข็งของโรงเรียนและชุมชนเชื่อมโยงสู่นโยบายของเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาและศึกษาธิการจังหวัดแม่ฮ่องสอน และได้แปรรูปสมุนไพรตะไคร้ภูเขาบนฐานภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นของชาว ปกาเกอะญอผ่านการมีส่วนร่วมจนได้ผลิตภัณฑ์ต้นแบบ 4 ผลิตภัณฑ์ คือ 1) ครีมอาบน้ำตะไคร้ภูเขา 2) ซีรั่มสมุนไพรตะไคร้ภูเขา 3) เจลล้างมือตะไคร้ภูเขา 4) ชาดอกตะไคร้ภูเขา รวมถึงได้มีการต่อยอดศักยภาพด้านทักษะความรู้ การตลาด การออกแบบโลโก้และบรรจุภัณฑ์ เกิดการเชื่อมร้อยเครือข่ายผู้ประกอบการ ทำให้มีอาชีพ เพิ่มรายได้ในครัวเรือน และถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้ด้านการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์สู่ชุมชนอื่น ๆ จนสามารถสร้างความเข้มแข็งให้กับชุมชนแวดล้อมได้ ตลอดจนเกิดนวัตกรรมต้นแบบทัวร์เสมือนจริง ภายใต้ URL: https://hilltribehomestay.com/ เพื่อส่งเสริมระบบสารสนเทศสำหรับการประชาสัมพันธ์โฮมสเตย์และการจองบ้านพักโฮมสเตย์ในพื้นที่การจัดการท่องเที่ยวโดยชุมชน ซึ่งการประยุกต์ใช้พหุวิทยาการสามารถสร้างความเข้มแข็งอย่างยั่งยืนให้กับชุมชนกลุ่มชาติพันธุ์ในจังหวัดแม่ฮ่องสอนได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

Abstract

The research project entitled “The Process of Applying Multidisciplinary to Promote and Improve the Quality of Life of the People in Mae Hong Son Province” is a mixed-methods research using participatory action research and exploratory research. The objectives of this study are to create a self-reliance model community according to the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy, promote and develop Litsea cubeba products based on local wisdom of Karen ethnic groups, and develop virtual tour technology innovations as a promotion media for homestay entrepreneurs in Mae Hong Son Province. In-depth interviews and focus group discussions are purposively used with 100 participants in 10 communities covering the area of Pai, Pang Mapha, Muang, Khun Yuam, and Mae Lanoi districts in Mae Hong Son province. The results reveal that there is an establishment of a model community in self-reliance based on the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy using local wisdom in the Ban Nong Kheow School area or the "LSCSS Model" (Local Wisdom, Sufficiency Economy, Communities, School, Sustainability). Ban Nong Kheow community is a strong network of schools and communities that link to the policy of the Mae Hong Son Provincial education office and educational service area. Litsea cubeba was processed on the basis of the local wisdom of Karen people through their participation, resulting in four prototype products: 1) Litsea cubeba shower gel, 2) Litsea cubeba herbal serum, 3) Litsea cubeba hand sanitizer, and 4) Litsea cubeba flower tea. There is empowerment in skills, marketing knowledge, logo design, and packaging skill. The network of entrepreneurs is connected, increasing household income and transferring product development knowledge to other communities in order to strengthen the surrounding communities. There is an innovative virtual tour prototype under the URL:https://hilltribehomestay.com/ as a source of information for homestay and becoming a homestay booking system for Community-based Tourism in Mae Hong Son province. The application of multidisciplinary science can effectively build sustainable strength for ethnic communities in Mae Hong Son Province.
