บทคัดย่อ
ชุดโครงการวิจัยเรื่อง การจัดการชุมชนต้นแบบตามหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงด้วยฐาน
ภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นของประชาชนในจังหวัดแม่ฮ่องสอน เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน โดยการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วมกับชุมชนและวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสร้างชุมชนต้นแบบด้านการพึ่งพาตนเองตามหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงโดยใช้ฐานภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นและเพื่ออนุรักษ์และสืบทอดภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นในฐานะที่เป็นอัตลักษณ์โดดเด่นของชุมชนในพื้นที่จังหวัดแม่ฮ่องสอน โดยใช้วิธีการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก การสนทนากลุ่มย่อย ด้วยวิธีการสุ่มแบบเจาะจงกลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลักจำนวน 60 คน ใน 3 ชุมชน ในพื้นที่อำเภอปาย อำเภอเมือง และอำเภอแม่ลาน้อย จังหวัดแม่ฮ่องสอน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ชุมชนมีการดำเนินชีวิตตามหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงโดยการปรับประยุกต์กับภูมิปัญญาดั้งเดิมทั้งด้านรูปแบบวิถีชีวิต ด้านอาหาร ด้านที่อยู่อาศัย และด้านการแต่งกายที่เน้นความเรียบง่าย ความพอดี ความไม่ฟุ้งเฟ้อ รวมถึงมีคุณธรรมจริยธรรม เช่น ความเมตตา ความเอื้อเฟื้อเกื้อกูล และความสามัคคี เป็นต้น และร่วมกันสร้างชุมชนต้นแบบด้านการพึ่งพาตนเองตามหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงโดยใช้ฐานภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นในพื้นที่โรงเรียนบ้านหนองเขียว “LSCSS Model” (Local Wisdom, Sufficiency Economy, Communities, School, Sustainability) ในชุมชนบ้านหนองเขียว โดยใช้พลังประชาสังคมเป็นตัวขับเคลื่อนและหนุนเสริมการอนุรักษ์ภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นให้สอดคล้องกับหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง และเชื่อมร้อยเป็นเครือข่ายความเข้มแข็งของโรงเรียนและชุมชนประสานกับนโยบายการสืบสานปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงบนฐานศาสตร์พระราชาของเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาและศึกษาธิการจังหวัดแม่ฮ่องสอน
Abstract
The research project entitled “The Model Community Management on the Philosophy of Sufficiency Economy with Local Wisdom of people in Mae Hong Son Province” is a mixed-method research combining participatory and exploratory research. The objectives of this study are 1) to create a model community for self-reliance according to the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy using local wisdom and 2) to preserve and pass on local wisdom as a distinctive identity of communities in Mae Hong Son Province. The research instruments include in-depth interview and focus-group discussion. The purposive sampling is used to select 60 informants in 3 communities in the area of Pai, Muang, and Mae-La Noi districts, Mae Hong Son province. The research findings reveal that the community lives according to the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy by adapting it to traditional wisdom in terms of lifestyle, food, housing, and dressing that emphasizes simplicity, moderation, and less extravagance. The community has morals and ethics such as kindness, generosity, support, and unity, etc. There was a joint effort to create a model community for self-reliance based on the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy using the local wisdom base in the Ban Nong Khiao School area. “LSCSS Model” (Local Wisdom, Sufficiency Economy, Communities, School, Sustainability) The Ban Nong Khiao community uses the power of civil society to drive and support the conservation of local wisdom in line with the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy and connecting them into a strong network of schools and communities. This coordinate with the promotion of the policy of Educational Service Area, Mae Hong Son Provincial Education Office in continuing the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy.
