บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยเรื่อง “การพัฒนาศักยภาพเพื่อยกระดับวิสาหกิจชุมชนกาแฟต้นน้ำ ตำบลป่าแป๋ อำเภอแม่แตง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่” มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลความคิดเห็น และบทบาทของผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องอย่างมีส่วนร่วม ได้แก่ วิสาหกิจชุมชน นักท่องเที่ยว และชุมชนในพื้นที่ต้นน้ำป่าแป๋ ตำบลป่าแป๋ อำเภอแม่แตง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่สังเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้านการแปรรูปผลิตภัณฑ์กาแฟ
ด้านการการบริหารจัดการ ด้านการออกแบบพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ และบรรจุภัณฑ์ เพื่อนำไปสู่การพัฒนาชุมชนในพื้นที่ต้นน้ำป่าแป๋ ตำบลป่าแป๋ อำเภอแม่แตง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ และเสนอแนะ ถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้ เกี่ยวกับผลการวิจัยสู่ผู้ใช้ประโยชน์กลุ่มเป้าหมาย ได้แก่ วิสาหกิจชุมชน นักท่องเที่ยว และชุมชนในพื้นที่ต้นน้ำ ตำบลป่าแป๋ อำเภอแม่แตง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ในการทำแบบสอบถาม จำนวน 400 ตัวอย่าง โดยผลการศึกษาสำคัญ ๆ พบว่า ความสำคัญของที่มาของกาแฟ มีผลกับความรู้สึกว่าอยากดื่มกาแฟท้องถิ่นมากที่สุด จำนวน 221 คน รองลงมามีผลกับความรู้สึกว่าที่มาของกาแฟท้องถิ่นทำให้เพลิดเพลิน จำนวน 128 คน และรู้สึกอยากดื่มกาแฟท้องถิ่น จำนวน 31 คน

ดังนั้นเพื่อเพิ่มศักยภาพให้กับวิสาหกิจชมชนต้นน้ำป่าแป๋ ในด้านการยกระดับการท่องเที่ยว ให้กับชุมชนได้เกิดประโยชน์ สามารถนำไปสู่การแก้ไขปัญหาอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม โดยนำรูปแบบการพัฒนาต่าง ๆ จากการวิจัยไปใช้ประโยชน์ ทำให้ประชาชนมีคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีขึ้น ผลในระยะสั้น วิสาหกิจชุมชนได้แนวคิดในการพัฒนาศักยภาพเพื่อยกระดับผลิตภัณฑ์ที่เกิดจากชุมชน ส่วนผลกระทบ (impact) โดยตรง ในระยะยาวคือ คุณภาพชีวิตในการค้าขายดีขึ้น จากการปรับปรุงเปลี่ยนแปลงบริเวณพื้นที่ชุมชน และที่ทำการวิสาหกิจชุมชน บรรยากาศ ความน่าเชื่อถือ และเป็นที่ที่ประชาชนและนักท่องเที่ยวให้ความสนใจ ส่วนผลทางอ้อม ได้แก่ การกระตุ้นให้ชุมชนต้นน้ำป่าแป๋ นั้น มีส่วนร่วม ในการพัฒนาตลาดของตนเอง

Abstract
