บทคัดย่อ

งานวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ส่งเสริมและพัฒนาศักยภาพเยาวชนชุมชนท่าข้าม  ตำบลท่าข้าม อำเภอฮอด  จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ด้วยนวัตกรรมเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล  และ 2) พัฒนาเยาวชนให้ใช้สื่อเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลในการพัฒนานวัตกรรมที่สร้างสรรค์เพื่อชุมชน   จำนวน 90 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย 1) ระบบการส่งเสริมและพัฒนาศักยภาพเยาวชนด้วยเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล  2) แบบประเมินคุณภาพ   และ 3) แบบประเมินความพึงพอใจ  ซึ่งมีผลการวิจัยดังนี้ 1) นวัตกรรมการส่งเสริมและพัฒนาศักยภาพเยาวชนชุมชนท่าข้าม  ตำบลท่าข้าม อำเภอฮอด  จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ด้วยนวัตกรรมเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล  คือ  นวัตกรรมบริหารจัดการระบบส่งเสริมและพัฒนาศักยภาพเยาวชนด้วยเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล และเทคโนโลยี Line Bot น้องฮอด ที่นำเสนอเนื้อหาบนเว็บไซต์และแพลตฟอร์มเทคโนโลยี Line Bot  โดยการมีส่วนร่วมของเยาวชนเทศบาลตำบลท่าข้าม  
2) นวัตกรรมมีคุณภาพโดยรวมเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.93 (S.D.=0.10) ซึ่งอยู่ในระดับคุณภาพดีมาก 3) ความพึงพอใจในการใช้งานนวัตกรรม จากผู้ใช้ จำนวน 90 คน มีความพึงพอใจในภาพรวมโดยเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.51 (S.D. = 0.74) ซึ่งอยู่ในระดับความพึงพอใจมากที่สุด และ 4) มีความพึงพอใจในกิจกรรมค่ายพัฒนาศักยภาพเยาวชนชุมชนท่าข้ามด้วยนวัตกรรมเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลและทักษะที่จำเป็นในศตวรรษที่ 21 ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ด้วยค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.57 (S.D. = 0.57)

Abstract

This research aimed 1) to promote and develop the youth potential of 
Tha Kham Community, Tha Kham Sub-district, Hot District, Chiang Mai Province with digital technology innovation, and 2) to develop youth apply digital technology media to creative innovations for the community. The sample group in this research was The sample consisted of 90 students. The research instruments consisted of 
1) system for promote and develop youth potential with digital technology 2) quality assessment form, and 3) satisfaction assessment form. The research found that 
1) system for promote and develop youth potential of Tha Kham Community, 
Tha Kham subdistrict, Hot district, Chiang Mai province with digital technology innovation, namely innovation in managing a system to promote and develop youth potential with digital technology and Line Bot technology, Nong Hod, which presents content on the website and Line Bot technology platform with the participation of Tha Kham Subdistrict Municipality's youth 2) The overall quality of innovation was equal to  4.93 (S.D.=0.10), which was at a very good quality level. 3) The satisfaction of innovation from 90 users with an average overall satisfaction of 4.93 (S.D. = 0.10), which is in a highest level of satisfaction, and 4) The satisfaction of Tha Kham community youth Camp to promote and develop the youth potential of Tha Kham Community with Digital Technology Innovation and Essential Skills in the 21st century with an average overall satisfaction of 4.57 (S.D. = 0.57), which is in a highest level of satisfaction.
