บทคัดย่อ
โครงการการวิจัยเรื่อง ระบบศูนย์สารสนเทศผลิตภัณฑ์ผ้าทอเพื่อส่งเสริมการตลาดวิสาหกิจชุมชนกลุ่มชาติพันธุ์ในอำเภอแม่ริม จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อ 1.พัฒนาระบบศูนย์สารสนเทศผลิตภัณฑ์ผ้าทอส่งเสริมการตลาดวิสาหกิจชุมชนกลุ่มชาติพันธุ์ในอำเภอแม่ริม จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ และ 2. เป็นแหล่งรวบรวมฐานข้อมูลสารสนเทศผลิตภัณฑ์ผ้าทอเพื่อใช้ในการส่งเสริมการตลาดของวิสาหกิจชุมชน โดยมีประชากรและกลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ชุมชนที่มีความรู้ด้าน OTOP ในพื้นที่อำเภอแม่ริม จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ จำนวน 2 ชุมชน ได้แก่ บ้านแม่ก๊ะเปียง ตำบลสะลวง อำเภอแม่ริม จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ และบ้านแม่สาน้อย ตำบลโป่งแยง อำเภอแม่ริม จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ กลุ่มตัวอย่างเลือกแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง รวบรวมข้อมูลโดยวิธีสัมภาษณ์ เครื่องมือการวิจัยแบ่งเป็น 3 ส่วน คือ 1.แบบสอบถามด้านข้อมูลการพัฒนาระบบศูนย์สารสนเทศ 2.การพัฒนาระบบศูนย์สารสนเทศผลิตภัณฑ์ผ้าทอเพื่อส่งเสริมการตลาดวิสาหกิจชุมชนกลุ่มชาติพันธุ์ในอำเภอแม่ริม จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ 3.แบบประเมินความพึงพอใจการอบรมการให้ความรู้การบริหารระบบและใช้งานระบบศูนย์สารสนเทศ โดยจากการนำแบบสัมภาษณ์มาใช้กับกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ผู้วิจัยได้องค์ความรู้ในด้านต่าง ๆ ตั้งแต่การเตรียมวัตถุดิบ ตลอดจนขั้นตอนการผลิต ช่องทางการจัดจำหน่ายของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ซึ่งข้อมูลที่ได้จากการสัมภาษณ์ในส่วนที่ 1 ได้นำไปใช้ในการพัฒนาระบบศูนย์สารสนเทศผลิตภัณฑ์ผ้าทอเพื่อส่งเสริมการตลาดวิสาหกิจชุมชนกลุ่มชาติพันธ์ในอำเภอแม่ริม จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ในส่วนที่ 2 ที่เป็นเครื่องมือในการวิจัย ข้อมูลในระบบศูนย์สารสนเทศได้นำใช้งาน ทดสอบ ติดตั้งกับกลุ่มตัวอย่าง และได้จัดอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการถ่ายทอดความรู้การบริหารระบบและใช้งานระบบสำหรับ Admin และ User ทั่วไป จัดอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการถ่ายทอดความรู้ด้านการใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลและจัดอบรมถ่ายทอดความรู้ด้านการบริหารฐานข้อมูลสารสนเทศของศูนย์สารสนเทศ ผู้วิจัยได้จัดประชุมเพื่อประเมินผลและสรุปผล โดยให้กลุ่มตัวอย่างตอบแบบประเมินความพึงพอใจการอบรมการให้ความรู้การบริหารระบบและใช้งานระบบศูนย์สารสนเทศ ผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเพื่อหาความพึงพอใจการอบรมจัดอยู่ในระดับพึงพอใจมาก โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยการได้รับประโยชน์ในการอบรมเท่ากับ 4.13 ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานเท่ากับ 0.961
Abstract
Research project Information center system for textile products to promote marketing of ethnic community enterprises in Mae Rim District Chiang Mai Province Objectives: 1. Development of information center system for textile products to promote marketing of ethnic community enterprises in Mae Rim District. Chiang Mai Province and 2. To be a collection of information databases on woven fabric products for use in marketing promotion of community enterprises. The population and sample are Community with OTOP knowledge in Mae Rim District Chiang Mai Province,
2 communities: Ban Mae Kapiang, Saluang Sub-district, Mae Rim District, Chiang Mai Province and Ban Mae Sa Noi, Pong Yang Sub-district, Mae Rim District, Chiang Mai Province. The sample was selected specifically. Collected data by interview method. The research tools are divided into 3 parts: 1. questionnaires on information center system development. 2.Development of textile product information center system to promote marketing of ethnic community enterprises in Mae Rim District. Chiang Mai Province 3.Satisfaction assessment form for training on system management knowledge and use of information center systems By applying the interview form to the sample group The researcher gained knowledge in various fields. from the preparation of raw materials as well as the production process distribution channels of samples The information obtained from the interview in part 1 was used to develop the textile product information center system to promote the marketing of ethnic community enterprises in Mae Rim District. Chiang Mai Province in part 2 that is a research tool Information in the information center system has been used, tested, installed with the sample group. And has organized a workshop to transfer knowledge on system administration and use of the system for Admin and general users, organized a workshop to transfer knowledge on using digital technology and organized a training to transfer knowledge on database management of information centers The researcher held a meeting to evaluate and summarize the results. The sample group was asked to answer the satisfaction assessment form, training, providing knowledge on system administration and using the information center system. The results of the data analysis to find the satisfaction of the training were in the very satisfied level. The average training benefit was 4.13 with a standard deviation of 0.961.
