บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) เพื่อพัฒนาคู่มือการยื่นคำขอขึ้นทะเบียนรับใบอนุญาตประกอบวิชาชีพครู สำหรับนักศึกษาหลักสูตรครุศาสตรบัณฑิต (4 ปี) คณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเชียงใหม่ โดยใช้วงจรคุณภาพเดมมิ่ง (PDCA) (2) เพื่อประเมินความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาที่มีต่อคู่มือการยื่นคำขอขึ้นทะเบียนรับใบอนุญาตประกอบวิชาชีพครู สำหรับนักศึกษาหลักสูตรครุศาสตรบัณฑิต (4 ปี) คณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเชียงใหม่ โดยใช้วงจรคุณภาพเดมมิ่ง (PDCA)

          ประชากรในการวิจัยคือ นักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 4 หลักสูตรครุศาสตรบัณฑิต (4 ปี) คณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเชียงใหม่ ปีการศึกษา 2565 จำนวน 917 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ นักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 4 จำนวน 304 คน จาก 19 สาขาวิชา โดยการกำหนดจำนวนกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยตารางสำเร็จรูปของทาโร ยามาเน่ สัดส่วนของลักษณะที่น่าสนใจในประชากร เท่ากับ 0.5 และระดับความเชื่อมั่น 95 % เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ คู่มือการยื่นคำขอขึ้นทะเบียนรับใบอนุญาตประกอบวิชาชีพครู แบบประเมินคุณภาพคู่มือการยื่นคำขอขึ้นทะเบียนรับใบอนุญาตประกอบวิชาชีพครู โดยใช้วงจรคุณภาพเดมมิ่ง (PDCA) และ แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาที่มีต่อคู่มือการยื่นคำขอขึ้นทะเบียนรับใบอนุญาตประกอบวิชาชีพครู โดยใช้วงจรคุณภาพเดมมิ่ง (PDCA) สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

          1. คู่มือการยื่นคำขอขึ้นทะเบียนรับใบอนุญาตประกอบวิชาชีพครู สำหรับนักศึกษาหลักสูตรครุศาสตรบัณฑิต (4 ปี) คณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเชียงใหม่ โดยใช้วงจรคุณภาพเดมมิ่ง (PDCA) มีคุณภาพโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับดี

          2. นักศึกษามีความพึงพอใจต่อคู่มือการยื่นคำขอขึ้นทะเบียนรับใบอนุญาตประกอบวิชาชีพครู สำหรับนักศึกษาหลักสูตรครุศาสตรบัณฑิต (4 ปี) คณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเชียงใหม่ โดยใช้วงจรคุณภาพเดมมิ่ง (PDCA) อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด

Abstract

The objectives of this research were (1) to develop a manual for applying for a teacher license registration application. For students of the Bachelor of Education program (4 years), Faculty of Education, Chiang Mai Rajabhat University The Deming Quality Cycle (PDCA) (2) was used to assess student satisfaction with the Teacher License Application Guidelines. For students of the Bachelor of Education program 
(4 years), Faculty of Education, Chiang Mai Rajabhat University using the Quality Deming Cycle (PDCA).

The research population was 4th year students of Bachelor of Education Program (4 years), Faculty of Education, Chiang Mai Rajabhat University, Academic Year 2022 totaling 917 people. Taro Yamane's finished table. The proportion of attractive traits in the population was 0.5 and the confidence level was 95%. Guide for submitting an application for a teacher's license registration Quality assessment form, manual for applying for registration for a teacher's license Using the Quality Deming Cycle (PDCA) and the Student Satisfaction Questionnaire for the Guidelines for Application for Teacher License Registration. Using the Deming Quality Cycle (PDCA), the statistics used in the data analysis were percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The results showed that

2. Students are satisfied with the manual for applying for a teacher license registration application. For students of the Bachelor of Education program (4 years), Faculty of Education, Chiang Mai Rajabhat University Using the Deming Cycle Quality (PDCA) is at the high level.
