บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) เพื่อพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการบริหารงานขอรับรองปริญญาตามมาตรฐานวิชาชีพจากคุรุสภาของหลักสูตรครุศาสตรบัณฑิต (4 ปี) ฯ (2) เพื่อพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการบริหารงานขอรับรองปริญญาตามมาตรฐานวิชาชีพจากคุรุสภาของหลักสูตรครุศาสตรบัณฑิต (4 ปี) ฯ (3) เพื่อประเมินความพึงพอใจของอาจารย์ผู้รับผิดชอบหลักสูตรที่มีต่อระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการบริหารงานขอรับรองปริญญาตามมาตรฐานวิชาชีพจากคุรุสภาของหลักสูตรครุศาสตรบัณฑิต (4 ปี) ฯ

          ประชากรในการวิจัยคือ อาจารย์รับผิดชอบหลักสูตรของหลักสูตรครุศาสตรบัณฑิต (4 ปี) ฯ 
จำนวน 100 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ประธานหลักสูตรจาก 20 หลักสูตร จำนวน 20 คน โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ (1) ระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการบริหารงานขอรับรองปริญญาตามมาตรฐานวิชาชีพจากคุรุสภาของหลักสูตรครุศาสตรบัณฑิต (4 ปี) คณะครุศาสตร์ ฯ (2) แบบประเมินคุณภาพระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการบริหารงานขอรับรองปริญญาตามมาตรฐานวิชาชีพจากคุรุสภาของหลักสูตรครุศาสตรบัณฑิต (4 ปี) คณะครุศาสตร์ ฯ และ (3) แบบประเมินความพึงพอใจของอาจารย์ที่มีต่อระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการบริหารงานขอรับรองปริญญาตามมาตรฐานวิชาชีพจากคุรุสภาของหลักสูตรครุศาสตรบัณฑิต (4 ปี) คณะครุศาสตร์ ฯ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) พบว่า ระบบสารสนเทศฯ ควรมีข้อมูลที่สอดคล้องกับการขอรับรองปริญญาตามมาตรฐานวิชาชีพของหลักสูตรครุศาสตรบัณฑิต (4 ปี) ของคุรุสภา และ ระบบสารสนเทศฯ ต้องมีข้อมูลที่ทันสมัย ใช้งานง่าย สะดวก และมีประสิทธิภาพรวดเร็วในการประมวลผลข้อมูลสารสนเทศด้านต่างๆ 2) ระบบสารสนเทศ มีคุณภาพโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับดี ทั้ง 2 ส่วน ได้แก่ (1) ส่วนประสิทธิภาพของระบบสารสนเทศ 
(2) ส่วนประกอบของระบบสารสนเทศ   3) อาจารย์ผู้รับผิดชอบหลักสูตรมีความพึงพอใจต่อระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการบริหารงานขอรับรองปริญญาตามมาตรฐานวิชาชีพจากคุรุสภาของหลักสูตร
ครุศาสตรบัณฑิต (4 ปี) ฯ อยู่ในระดับมาก ทั้ง 3 ด้าน ได้แก่ (1) ด้านข้อมูลในระบบสารสนเทศ 
(2) ด้านข้อมูลในระบบสารสนเทศ (3) ด้านการนำไปใช้ประโยชน์

Abstract

This research aimed to (1) develop an information system for the management of degree certification requests according to professional standards from the Teachers Council of the Bachelor of Education (4 years) program, etc.; (2) develop an information system for the management of degree certification requests according to professional standards from the Teachers Council of the Bachelor of Education (4 years) program, etc.; and (3) assess the satisfaction of the teachers responsible for the program with the information system for the management of degree certification requests according to professional standards from the Teachers Council of the Bachelor of Education (4 years) program, etc.

The population of the research is the lecturers in charge of the curriculum of the Bachelor of Education (4 years) program, 100 people. The sample group used in the research is the curriculum chairmen from 20 programs, 20 people, using the purposive sampling method. The research instruments are (1) the information system for the management of the request for degree certification according to professional standards from the Teachers Council of the Bachelor of Education (4 years) program, Faculty of Education, etc. (2) the quality assessment form of the information system for the management of the request for degree certification according to professional standards from the Teachers Council of the Bachelor of Education (4 years) program, Faculty of Education, etc. and (3) the satisfaction assessment form of lecturers with the information system for the management of the request for degree certification according to professional standards from the Teachers Council of the Bachelor of Education (4 years) program, Faculty of Education, etc. The statistics used for data analysis are percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The research results found that 1) the information system should have data that is consistent with the request for degree certification according to professional standards of the Bachelor of Education (4 years) program of the Teachers Council and the information system. There must be up-to-date information, easy to use, convenient, and efficient in processing various information. 2) The overall quality of the information system is at a good level in both parts: (1) the efficiency of the information system (2) the components of the information system 3) The teachers responsible for the curriculum are very satisfied with the information system for the management of the request for degree certification according to professional standards from the Teachers Council of the curriculum Bachelor of Education (4 years) etc. in all 3 aspects: 
(1) information in the information system (2) information in the information system (3) utilization.
