บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยในครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยทางสังคมที่มีส่วนช่วยในการรักษาวัฒนธรรมของชุมชนกระบวนการจัดการความรู้ร่วมกับชุมชน ในการค้นปัญหา วิเคราะห์แนวโน้มปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นในชุมชน และสร้างกระบวนการการมีส่วนร่วมของคนในชุมชนในการสร้างระเบียบชุมชนที่มีผลต่อความอยู่ดีมีสุขของคนในชุมชนอย่างยั่งยืนโดยเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยวิธีการสัมภาษณ์ของผู้ให้ข้อที่สำคัญ การทำประชาคมกับชุมชน และเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลแบบสอบถามจากผู้ที่อาศัยในชุมชน การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้ยึดหลักเทียบเคียงแนวคิดทฤษฎีงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องควบคู่กับบริบท และการหาค่าเฉลี่ย ผลการศึกษาพบว่าชุมชนมีการสร้างข้อตกลง กลไกในการควบคุม และจัดระเบียบชุมชนอย่างไม่เป็นทางการ ซึ่งเป็นส่วนช่วยในการรักษาวัฒนธรรมของชุมชน ในการวิเคราะห์แนวโน้มปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นในชุมชนนั้น ประชาชนในชุมชนมีความพึงพอใจในกระบวนการจัดการความรู้ร่วมกับชุมชน ในการค้นปัญหา และการสร้างกระบวนการการมีส่วนร่วมของคนในชุมชนในการสร้างระเบียบชุมชนที่มีผลต่อความอยู่ดีมีสุขของคนในชุมชนอย่างยั่งยืน

Abstract

The objectives of this research were: to study the factors encouraging community’s culture, to study the community’s knowledge management process in searching for and examining problems occurring in the community and to build up community participation in drawing community organization which effects the community sufficient happiness. The data were collected by interviewing key-informants, civil group and employing questionnaire. In order to analyze the data, the logical analysis in comparison with theories, relevant researches and mean were utilized. The research results revealed that the factor encouraging community’s culture was the community’s informal regulation which controls, manages and helps remain the community’s culture. The process of knowledge management in searching for and examining problems occurring in the community found that the sampling rated the process excellent in every topic. In building up the community organization which effects the community sufficient happiness found that the community participation in every process gave success to the drawing of community organization.
