บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยเรื่องการพัฒนาคุณภาพการจัดการศึกษาโดยใช้ภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นเป็นฐานครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนากระบวนการจัดการศึกษาของโรงเรียนที่จัดการศึกษาระดับการศึกษา ขั้นพื้นฐาน โดยบูรณาการภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นในการพัฒนาการเรียนการสอนของครูและเพื่อสรุปเป็นองค์ความรู้ในการพัฒนาการเรียนการสอนโดยบูรณาการภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นเพื่อยกระดับคุณภาพการศึกษา กลุ่มเป้าหมายในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ โรงเรียนที่จัดการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานในจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ในปีการศึกษา 2557 จำนวน14โรง ผู้ให้ข้อมูลในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ครูผู้สอน ผู้ปกครอง ผู้นำชุมชน และ นักเรียน แผนแบบการวิจัย เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วม (Participatory Action Research) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย แนวคำถามเพื่อวิเคราะห์สถานการณ์ (Situational Analysis Guideline) แบบบันทึกภาคสนาม(Field Note ) แนวทางการสัมภาษณ์(Interview Guideline ) และแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าสถิติพื้นฐาน ประกอบด้วยค่าเฉลี่ยและค่าร้อยละ สำหรับการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพ ใช้วิธีการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา (Content Analysis) ผลการสังเคราะห์รูปแบบกระบวนการจัดการศึกษาของโรงเรียนที่จัดการศึกษาระดับการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน โดยบูรณาการภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นในการพัฒนาการเรียนการสอนของครู สรุปได้ดังนี้ รูปแบบการพัฒนาของโครงการวิจัยย่อยทุกโครงการมี 4 ขั้นตอนได้แก่ ขั้นตอนที่ 1 การวิเคราะห์สถานการณ์(Situational Analysis )ด้านแหล่งเรียนรู้ และภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น ที่สามารถนำมาใช้ในการบูรณาการกับการเรียนการสอนเพื่อพัฒนานักเรียน ขั้นตอนที่ 2 การพัฒนานวัตกรรมการจัดการเรียนรู้ที่บูรณาการแหล่งเรียนรู้ และภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น ขั้นตอนที่ 3 การสะท้อนความคิด (Reflexion) เพื่อยกระดับคุณภาพการจัดการเรียนรู้ ระหว่างนักวิจัยหลักแต่ละโครงการ และครูนักวิจัยในโรงเรียน ขั้นตอนที่ 4 การแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ร่วมกัน โดยการนำเสนอข้อค้นพบจากการวิจัยร่วมกันทั้งในระหว่างครูนักวิจัยในแต่ละโรงเรียน และการแลกเปลี่ยนกับโครงการวิจัยย่อย ด้านองค์ความรู้ในการพัฒนาการเรียนการสอนโดยบูรณาการภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นเพื่อยกระดับคุณภาพการศึกษา มี 3 ประการได้แก่ 1)ด้านการบริหารจัดการ 2) ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมระหว่างชุมชนและโรงเรียน 3)ด้านเทคนิคการจัดการเรียนรู้เพื่อการพัฒนาผู้เรียนโดยใช้แหล่งเรียนรู้และภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น ผลการพัฒนาการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้แหล่งเรียนรู้และภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น ผ่านกระบวนการวิจัยในชั้นเรียน พบว่าคะแนนผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนในโครงการทุกคนเมื่อเปรียบเทียบค่าเฉลี่ยร้อยละความก้าวหน้าของคะแนนผลสัมฤทธิ์ก่อนและหลังเรียนของนักเรียน พบว่าทุกโรงเรียนมีค่าร้อยละความก้าวหน้าเพิ่มขึ้น

Abstract

The purposes of this research were ; to develop the process of integrated local wisdom in teachers’ instruction in the basic education schools and to conclude about the body of knowledge in the development of the process of integrated local wisdom in teachers’ instruction for enhance the quality of education. The target groups of this research were 14 basic education schools in Chiang Mai province , academic year 2014. The key informants were consisted of the education administrators, teachers, parents, community leaders and pupils. The research design was the Participatory Action Research. The research instruments were ; 1) the situational analysis guideline 2) the field note observation form for collecting data in field work 3) the interview guidelines and 4) the questionnaires . The means and percentage of scores were used in data analysis. The qualitative data was analyzed by Content Analysis. The synthesis of the model in develop the process of integrated local wisdom in teachers’ instruction in the basic education schools were concluded in 4 steps; step 1 to analyze local wisdoms and learning resources which suitable for learning activities by Situational Analysis technique, step 2 to create the instructional innovations that integrated local wisdom, step 3 to reflex the idea about enhancing the leaning quality between the researchers and the teachers as researchers in schools and step 4 to share their findings with others teachers in schools and among others researchers. About the body of knowledge in the development of the process of integrated local wisdom in teachers’ instruction for enhance the quality of education ,there were 3 domains 1) about the administrative 2) the participation between the communities and schools and 3) the techniques in learning process which integrated local wisdoms and learning resources to enhance the pupils achievement The result of the development of the instructional using local wisdoms and learning resources run by Classroom Action found that ; the pupils’ achievement score were progress when compared with the pre –posttest.
