บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาและศึกษาผลการพัฒนาครูผู้สอนนักเรียนที่มีความต้องการพิเศษ ให้สามารถใช้แหล่งเรียนรู้และภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น ในการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้เพื่อพัฒนานักเรียนที่มีความต้องการพิเศษ ประชากร ได้แก่ ครูผู้สอนนักเรียนที่มีความต้องการพิเศษ ในโรงเรียนแกนนำเรียนร่วม ได้แก่ โรงเรียน วัดทุ่งศาลา โรงเรียนบ้านกาด(เขมวังส์) และโรงเรียนบ้านหัวข่วง ภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2556 จำนวน 14 คน แผนแบบการวิจัย เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วม (Participatory Action Research) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แนวคำถามเพื่อวิเคราะห์สถานการณ์ (Situational Analysis) แบบบันทึกภาคสนาม และแนวทางการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก(Indepth Interview Guideline ) สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าสถิติพื้นฐาน ประกอบด้วยค่าร้อยละ สำหรับการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพ ใช้วิธีการวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา (Content Analysis) ขั้นตอนการดำเนินงาน มีดังนี้ ขั้นที่ 1 ขั้นการวางแผน ขั้นที่ 2 ขั้นการปฏิบัติวงรอบที่ 1 ขั้นที่ 3 ขั้นการสะท้อนการปฏิบัติงานวงรอบที่ 1 ขั้นที่ 4 ขั้นการวางแผนและปฏิบัติวงรอบที่ 2 ขั้นที่ 5 ขั้นการสะท้อนการปฏิบัติงานวงรอบที่ 2 ผลการพัฒนาครูผู้สอน พบว่าครูทุกคนสามารถใช้แหล่งเรียนรู้และภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น ในการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้เพื่อพัฒนาศักยภาพของนักเรียนที่มีความต้องการพิเศษ ทั้งนี้ภูมิปัญญาที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ภูมิปัญญาด้านนิทานพื้นบ้าน งานปั้น และศิลปะแม่ไม้มวยไทย สรุปผลการพัฒนานักเรียนพบว่านักเรียนมีพัฒนาการเพิ่มมากขึ้นทุกระดับเมื่อเปรียบเทียบกับผลการประเมินก่อนเรียน ปัญหาอุปสรรค คือการสื่อสารของภูมิปัญญากับนักเรียน ครูผู้สอนได้แก้ปัญหาโดยการพัฒนาคู่มือเสริมเพื่อให้นักเรียนมีความเข้าใจมากขึ้น

Abstract

The purposes of this research were ; to develop and study about the result of the in-service training of the special need pupils’ teachers for using learning resources and local wisdoms in their instructional to enhance the potential of special need pupils . The populations were 14 special need pupils’ teachers , academic year 2013. The research design was the Participatory Action Research. The research instruments were ; 1) the Situational Analysis guideline 2) field note and 3) Indepth interview guideline . The percentage of scores was used in data analysis. The qualitative data was analyzed by Content Analysis. The development of special need pupils’ teachers were concluded in 5 steps; step 1 Planning /Preparing , step 2 to implement the 1st cycle of the research , step 3 to reflex and share idea of the 1st cycle among the local wisdoms and research teams , step 4 Planning to create the learning process and to implement the 2nd cycle of the research step 5 to reflex and share the successful of their instruction from the 2nd cycle of the research . The result of the development of the 14 special need pupils’ teachers were ; they could integrate the local wisdoms in their instructional such as local art ,folk tale, local sculpture and Thai boxing . The result of the instructional development for enhance the quality of pupils found that the development of special need pupils were progress when compared with there pre- test. The obstacles was about the communicative in teaching technique between local wisdom and pupils ,the solution was the teachers had to develop more hand out for special need pupils to help them understood the lesson.
