บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาแนวทางการบูรณาการภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นในการส่งเสริมพัฒนาการเด็กที่มีความต้องการพิเศษโดยการมีส่วนร่วมจากผู้ปกครอง 2) ศึกษาผลของการบูรณาการภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นในการส่งเสริมพัฒนาการเด็กที่มีความต้องการพิเศษโดยการมีส่วนร่วมจากผู้ปกครอง และ3) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้ปกครองต่อการบูรณาการภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นในการส่งเสริมพัฒนาการของเด็กที่มีความต้องการพิเศษ โดยใช้การวิจัยแบบ PAR (Participation Action Research) โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้ปกครองของเด็กที่มีความต้องการพิเศษ ในเขตอำเภอสันทราย จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ จำนวน 30 คน ได้มาจากการคัดเลือกแบบเจาะจง (Purposive Sampling) เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยดำเนินการสำรวจบริบทชุมชนและภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น การสัมภาษณ์ผู้ปกครอง จัดทำกิจกรรมส่งเสริมพัฒนาการเด็กที่มีความต้องการพิเศษจากภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น สอบถามและสัมภาษณ์ความพึงพอใจของผู้ปกครอง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ประกอบด้วย 1) แบบสำรวจบริบทของชุมชนและข้อมูลภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น 2) แบบสัมภาษณ์ผู้ปกครอง 3) แผนกิจกรรมในการส่งเสริมพัฒนาการเด็กที่มีความต้องการพิเศษจากภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น 4) แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจของผู้ปกครองต่อการใช้ภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นเพื่อส่งเสริมพัฒนาการเด็กที่มีความต้องการพิเศษ และ5) แบบสัมภาษณ์ความพึงพอใจของผู้ปกครองต่อการใช้ภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นเพื่อส่งเสริมพัฒนาการเด็กที่มีความต้องการพิเศษ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพใช้การวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหาและข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณใช้ค่าร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย ( ) ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard Deviation) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้ปกครองของเด็กที่มีความต้องการพิเศษมีส่วนสำคัญในการช่วยเหลือและดูแลเด็กโดยใช้องค์ความรู้ภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น การอบรมเลี้ยงดูเด็กที่มีความต้องการพิเศษนั้นไม่ต่างจากเด็กปกติทั่วไป ผู้ปกครองมีการส่งเสริมพัฒนาการของเด็กที่มีความต้องการพิเศษด้วยการได้รับข้อเสนอแนะวิธีการจากครู ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ รวมทั้งการปฏิบัติของตนเอง การดูแลเด็กที่มีความต้องการพิเศษนั้นมี 3 แนวทางที่ผู้ปกครองใช้ คือ การใช้ภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น การเรียนรู้ผสมผสานกับเล่น และการเข้ากิจกรรมทางสังคม การบูรณาการภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นได้นำมาสังเคราะห์และจัดทำเป็นแผนการจัดกิจกรรมที่ผู้ปกครองได้มีส่วนร่วมในการทำกิจกรรมร่วมกับเด็ก โดยจัดเป็นฐานการเรียนรู้ทั้งสิ้น 6 ฐาน เพื่อส่งเสริมพัฒนาการด้านกล้ามเนื้อมัดใหญ่ ด้านกล้ามเนื้อมัดเล็ก ด้านทักษะการช่วยเหลือตนเอง ด้านสังคม อารมณ์ ด้านภาษาและการสื่อสาร และด้านสติปัญญา ผู้ปกครองมีความพึงพอใจมากที่สุดต่อการจัดกิจกรรมด้วยการนำองค์ความรู้จากภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นมาใช้ในการส่งเสริมพัฒนาการเด็กที่มีความต้องการพิเศษ เพราะเป็นการอนุรักษ์วัฒนธรรม ตลอดจนอุปกรณ์วัสดุเป็นสิ่งที่มีอยู่ในท้องถิ่น

Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) to study the Integrating approach of local wisdom to support the development of children with disability by parent involvement 2) to investigate the result of the integrating of local wisdom to support the development of children with disability by parent involvement and 3) to examine the parents satisfaction towards the integrating of local wisdom to support the development of children with disability by parent involvement. Participation Action Research (PAR) was employed in this study. The sample was 30 parents of children with disability in Sansai District, Chiangmai provicnce. Those parents were purposively selected. Data were collected by surveying the community context and local wisdom, interviewing parents toward their roles and responsibility and local wisdom applied approach of children with disability, practicing activities based on local wisdom to support the development of children with disability, surveying and interviewing parents’ satisfaction toward the integrating of local wisdom to support the development of children with disability. The research instruments included 1) A survey of community context and local wisdom 2) A parent interview protocol regarding their roles and approaches to support the development of children with disability 3) A questionnaire of parents satisfaction toward the integrating of local wisdom to support the development of children with disability 4) An interview protocol of parents satisfaction toward the integrating of local wisdom to support the development of children with disability, and 5) The activity plan based on local wisdom to support the development of children with disability. Qualitative data was analysed by content analysis whereas percentage, , and standard deviation were employed for quantitative numbers. The research results were found that the parents of children with disability took their importance part of assisting and caring children with disability by applying local wisdom. Those parents raised and cared children with disability similar to children without disability. Regarding children with disability support, parents pursued the advises from teachers, professional staff, and their own individual practices. There were three main approaches for parents employed to support their children with disability which were local wisdom, learning and playing, and social participation. The local wisdom was integrated into the activity plan involving parent participation. There were six learning bases in order to promote child’s gross motor development, fine motor development, self-help skills, social and emotion development, intelligence, and, language and communication. The parents had the most satisfied toward the activities integrating local wisdom to support the development of children with disability. They provided the opinion about the practicality of integrating local wisdom due to cultural conservation and daily life tools.
