บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยเรื่อง การพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นด้านงานผลิตภัณฑ์หัตถกรรมเฟอร์นิเจอร์ไม้ไผ่ จังหวัดแม่ฮ่องสอน ครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1.) เพื่อศึกษารูปแบบเฟอร์นิเจอร์ไม้ไผ่ จังหวัดแม่ฮ่องสอน2.) เพื่อออกแบบ พัฒนาและสร้างต้นแบบเฟอร์นิเจอร์ไม้ไผ่ ให้เหมาะสมกับเอกลักษณ์จังหวัดแม่ฮ่องสอน 3.) เพื่อถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้เกี่ยวกับหลักการออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์เฟอร์นิเจอร์ให้กับชุมชนและแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้ระหว่างนักวิจัยและกลุ่มผู้ผลิตเฟอร์นิเจอร์ไม้ไผ่ จังหวัดแม่ฮ่องสอน 4.) เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นและความพึงพอใจของผู้ผลิตจังหวัดแม่ฮ่องสอนที่มีต่อต้นแบบผลิตภัณฑ์เฟอร์นิเจอร์ไม้ไผ่ โดยใช้วิธีการวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน โดย ชุมชนมีส่วนร่วมในการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ การวิจัยจากเอกสารและการวิจัยภาคสนาม เพื่อให้รู้ถึงความต้องการของกลุ่มผู้ผลิตและตลาด การวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ การวิจัยเชิงทดลอง เพื่อให้ได้มาถึงข้อมูลที่จะนำไปพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์หัตถกรรมเฟอร์นิเจอร์ไม้ไผ่ ของจังหวัดแม่ฮ่องสอน จากการศึกษาโดยการสัมภาษณ์ เริ่มก่อตั้งกลุ่มเมื่อปี2550 และได้ผลิตงานเพื่อใช้ภายในครัวเรือน เช่นโต๊ะรับประทานอาหาร เป็นต้น ต่อมาเริ่มผลิต ชุดรับแขกที่มีหลายชิ้น เริ่มมีนักท่องเที่ยวเข้ามาที่อำเภอแม่สะเรียงมากขึ้นในช่วงฤดูท่องเที่ยวได้มาเห็นผลิตภัณฑ์ของกลุ่มจึงมีความต้องการจึงเกิดเป็นรายได้ที่ดี จึงริเริ่มในการก่อตั้งเป็นกลุ่มอาชีพผลิตภัณฑ์หัตถกรรมประเภทไม้ไผ่แม่คง เป็นต้นมา ตอนเริ่มแรกๆประสบปัญหา หลายด้านเช่น มอด ปลวก อายุของไม้ เป็นต้น แต่ได้มีหน่วยงานจากรัฐเข้ามาให้ความช่วยเหลือในด้านการถนอมเนื้อไม้ จากการแช่น้ำยากันมอดกันปลวก หลังจากนั้นเริ่มมีคนมาสั่งงานเป็นประจำซึ่งสามารถเป็นรายได้ประจำจนปัจจุบัน จากแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจในรูปแบบผลิตภัณฑ์ที่พัฒนาขึ้น จากประชากร 100 คน อยู่ในเกณฑ์ ระดับความพึงพอใจ อยู่ระดับค่าเฉลี่ย(4.36) ผลิตภัณฑ์ภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นด้านงานผลิตภัณฑ์หัตถกรรมเฟอร์นิเจอร์ไม้ไผ่ จังหวัดแม่ฮ่องสอน สังเกตพบว่าในการใช้วัสดุในงานเฟอร์นิเจอร์ส่วนใหญ่ใช้วัสดุในท้องถิ่นหรือชุมชนใกล้เคียง รวมถึงอุปกรณ์ได้ในท้องถิ่นของตน จากการลงพื้นที่วิจัย5ครั้งพบว่าทางกลุ่มให้ความสนใจในการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ของตนเป็นอย่างดี ผลการวิจัย พบว่า รูปแบบเฟอร์นิเจอร์ไม้ไผ่ของกลุ่มอาชีพผลิตภัณฑ์หัตถกรรมจังหวัดมีเพียงที่เดียวคือบ้านคง อำเภอแม่สะเรียง จังหวัดแม่อ่องสอน และจะทำแบบซ้ำตามความต้องการของลูกค้า รวมไปถึงไม่ได้ศึกษาเกี่ยวกับความงาม จึงได้แบบที่ธรรมดาที่สามารถใช้งานง่าย เทคนิคขั้นตอนของการทำได้มาจากบรรพบุรุษของชุมชน เกิดจากความเป็นอยู่นั้นเอง จากการประเมินแบบสอบถามพบว่าความพึงพอใจในผลิตภัณฑ์ที่พัฒนาใหม่ทั้งหมด 9 ชิ้น อยู่ในเกณฑ์ระดับดี

Abstract

The development of local wisdom products in bamboo handicraft furniture in Mae Hong Son Province aims 1) to study the design of furniture in Mae Hong Son Province 2) to design develop and create the model of bamboo furniture suiting the identity of Mae Hong Son Province 3) to transfer the body of knowledge related to the principles of product design for furniture to community and exchange the knowledge between researcher and a group of furniture producers in Mae Hong Son Province and 4) to examine the opinion and satisfaction of producers in Mae Hong Son Province towards the model products of bamboo furniture. The research has been conducted through mixed method; for example, the participation of the community in product development, documentary research, and field research in order to know the needs of producer groups and marketing. Survey research as well as experimental research is implemented in order to collect data used to develop bamboo handicraft furniture products in Mae Hong Son. According to the interview, it was established in 2007 and it initially produced products used in the kitchen such as a dining table. Later on, a wooden sofa set was manufactured. When more tourists visited Mae Sariang District in the peak season of tourism, more income could be earned. For this reason, the group of Bamboo Handicraft Products in Mae Kong has been established since then. Primarily, they confronted various kinds of problems such as moisture, termites, and the age of the wood. However, government sector has come to help in terms of wood preservatives by using chemical solution for wood preservatives. Consequently, there are more frequent orders leading to permanent income in the present. According to the questionnaire on the satisfaction of the developed design of the products from 100 people, it has shown high level of satisfaction of bamboo handicraft furniture products in Mae Hong Son Province. It has been illustrated that the materials in local or nearby community including local equipment have been used to produce the furniture. According to the 5 times of field research, it has been discovered that the group members are highly interested in developing their products. According to the results, it has demonstrated the design of bamboo furniture of the group and the province in only one place which is Ban Kong in Mae Sariang District, Mae Hong Son Province. Additionally, the design will be repeated according to the needs of the customers. However, the aspect of the beauty of the design has not been studied. Therefore, the design is relatively simple and easy to use. The techniques used to produce the furniture have been inherited from their predecessors. From the evaluation of the questionnaire, it has found high level of satisfaction on the 9 pieces of furniture which have been newly developed. Therefore, the results well corresponds with the objectives of the project. For research recommendation, it is suggested that the knowledge should be promoted to other groups interested in the development. Also, constant development of the design should be reinforced.
