บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันด้านคุณลักษณะจิตวิญญาณความเป็นครู ของนักศึกษาสายครูวิทยาลัยแม่ฮ่องสอน 2) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่สามารถเสริมสร้างคุณลักษณะด้านจิตวิญญาณความเป็นครูของนักศึกษาสายครูวิทยาลัยแม่ฮ่องสอนที่เหมาะสมสอดคล้องกับคุณลักษณะของครูในศตวรรษที่ 21 3. เพื่อศึกษากลยุทธ์ในการปลูกฝังคุณลักษณะด้านจิตวิญญาณความเป็นครูของนักศึกษาสายครูวิทยาลัยแม่ฮ่องสอนที่เหมาะสมสอดคล้องกับคุณลักษณะของครูในศตวรรษที่ 21 งานวิจัยนี้ใช้การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพโดยใช้วิธีการที่หลากหลายในการศึกษา ทั้งการสืบค้นข้อมูลจากเอกสารต่าง ๆ การประชุมกลุ่มครูดี ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ครูผู้สอนของแม่ฮ่องสอนและอาจารย์ประจำวิทยาลัยแม่ฮ่องสอน ผลการศึกษาพบว่านักศึกษาสายครู มีสภาพปัจจุบันของคุณลักษณะจิตวิญญาณความเป็นครูตามองค์ประกอบที่กำหนด จำนวน 5 ด้านได้แก่ 1) ด้านความรักความเมตตาต่อศิษย์ โดยมีพฤติกรรมในการรับฟังปัญหาของศิษย์ และให้ความช่วยเหลือศิษย์ ให้ความเป็นกันเองกับศิษย์ และสนทนาไต่ถามทุกข์สุขของศิษย์ 2) ด้านการอบรมสั่งสอนศิษย์ โดยมีพฤติกรรมในการอุทิศเวลาเพื่อพัฒนาศิษย์ตามความจำเป็น และเหมาะสม ให้ความรู้โดยไม่ปิดบัง และไม่ละทิ้งท้องเรียนหรือขาดการสอน 3) ด้านการประพฤติตน โดยมีพฤติกรรมไม่โกรธง่าย หรือแสดงอารมณ์ฉุนเฉียวต่อหน้าศิษย์ ระมัดระวังในการกระทำของตนอยู่เสมอ และพูดชมเชยให้กำลังใจศิษย์ด้วยความจริงใจ 4) ด้านความรักและศรัทธาในวิชาชีพครู โดยมีพฤติกรรมในการแสดงตนว่าเป็นครูอย่างภาคภูมิ ร่วมกิจกรรมที่ องค์กรจัดขึ้น 5) ด้านการปฏิบัติตนเป็นผู้นำในการอนุรักษ์วัฒนธรรมไทย และภูมิปัญญาไทย โดยมีพฤติกรรมในการรณรงค์การใช้สินค้าพื้นเมือง ร่วมงานประเพณีของท้องถิ่นสม่ำเสมอ และนำภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นมาใช้จัดการเรียนการสอน สำหรับปัจจัยที่สามารถเสริมสร้างให้นักศึกษาสายครูของวิทยาลัยแม่ฮ่องสอนมีคุณลักษณะด้านจิตวิญญาณความเป็นครูที่เหมาะสมสอดคล้องกับลักษณะของครูในศตวรรษที่ 21 นั้น วิทยาลัยแม่ฮ่องสอนควรมีโครงการหรือกิจกรรมเสริมสร้างให้นักศึกษาเป็นผู้ที่มีอุดมการณ์ของความเป็นครู มี โครงการสนับสนุนส่งเสริมให้นักศึกษาเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมที่สะท้อนรากเหง้าทางวัฒนธรรมและวิถีชีวิตของชุมชน โครงการหรือกิจกรรมเสริมสร้างทักษะชีวิต ทักษะสังคม ทักษะอาชีพ และทักษะทางภาษาเพื่อให้สามารถดำรงตนได้เหมาะสมกับศตวรรษที่ 21 โครงการหรือกิจกรรมเสริมสร้างความอดทน การใช้ชีวิตร่วมกับสังคม ชุมชนในท้องถิ่น นอกจากนี้วิทยาลัยแม่ฮ่องสอนควรพัฒนาหลักสูตรรายวิชาให้มีเนื้อหา สาระ เกี่ยวกับบริบทของแม่ฮ่องสอนเพื่อขัดเกลาปลูกฝังให้นักศึกษาสายครูของวิทยาลัยแม่ฮ่องสอนสามารถที่จะเรียนรู้ ปรับตัว และสามารถที่จะรับและปรับตัวต่อการไหลบ่าทางวัฒนธรรมข้ามชาติ และความก้าวหน้าทางเทคโนโลยี โดยไม่ทิ้งรากเหง้าแห่งท้องถิ่นแม่ฮ่องสอน ในส่วนของกลยุทธ์ในการปลูกฝังคุณลักษณะด้านจิตวิญาณความเป็นครูของนักศึกษาสายครูวิทยาลัยแม่ฮ่องสอนที่สอดคล้องกับศตวรรษที่ 21 นั้นมีองค์ประกอบ 4 ด้าน ดังนี้ 1) ด้านสภาพแวดล้อมภายในที่เป็นจุดแข็ง ส่งผลเอื้อต่อการปลูกฝังจิตวิญญาณความเป็นครูของนักศึกษาสายครู คือ ผู้บริหารมีภาวะความเป็นผู้นำในการบริหารจัดการ ส่งเสริมและพัฒนาศักยภาพของนักศึกษาสายครูอย่างต่อเนื่อง อีกทั้งมีอาจารย์ที่มีความรู้ความสามารถและมีประสบการณ์ในวิชาชีพครู 2) ด้านสภาพแวดล้อมภายในที่เป็นจุดอ่อนต่อการปลูกฝังจิตวิญญาณความเป็นครู คือการจัดการเรียนรู้ในสายครูยังขาดการ บูรณาการเชื่อมโยงการปลูกฝังจิตวิญญาณความเป็นครู รวมถึงกิจกรรมและโครงการต่าง ๆ ไม่สอดคล้องกับการปลูกฝังจิตวิญญาณความเป็นครู 3) สภาพแวดล้อมภายนอกด้านโอกาส จังหวัดแม่ฮ่องสอนมีลักษณะสังคมและชุมชนที่มีความเข้มแข็งทางวัฒนธรรมที่ดีงาม มีวิถีชีวิตที่เรียบง่าย มีจิตใจที่อ่อนโยนและมีเมตตาธรรม จึงถือเป็นโอกาสในการบ่มเพาะขัดเกลาปลุกฝังจิตวิญญาณความเป็นครูรวมถึงคุณลักษณะที่ดีให้แก่นักศึกษาวิชาชีพครู 4) ด้านสภาพแวดล้อมภายนอกที่เป็นอุปสรรค พบว่าค่านิยมหรือกระแสนิยมที่ไม่พึงประสงค์ของสังคมยุคปัจจุบัน เช่นการใช้สินค้าราคาแพง การเสพของมึนเมา การเที่ยวเตร่ โดยส่วนใหญ่ได้รับอิทธิพลจากสื่อต่าง ๆ โดยเฉพาะสื่อเทคโนโลยีในระบบเครือข่าย internet

Abstract

This research aims 1) to study the present condition of the attributes of being a good teacher spiritually of student teachers of Mae Hong Son College. 2) to examine the factors promoting good characteristics of being a teacher spiritually of student teachers of Mae Hong Son College corresponding to the characteristics of teacher in 21st century. 3) to study the strategies to indoctrinate the notion of the attributes of being a teacher spiritually for student teachers of Mae Hong Son College which suits the characteristics of teachers in 21st century. This qualitative research is conducted by various methods comprising of searching for information from a variety of documents, documents from Good Teacher Group meeting, administrative of educational institution, teachers in Mae Hong Son as well as lectures of Mae Hong Son College. The result has shown that student teachers possess the attributes of being a good teacher spiritually according to the 5 aspects of being a good teacher spiritually which are 1) love and compassion to the students which means that teachers are supposed to listen to students’ problems and help them as needed. 2) To educate and give guidance to the students referring that the teachers shall dedicate their time to develop the students as necessary and the teachers shall not leave the class or conceal knowledge from the students. 3) To behave meaning that teachers shall not be short – tempered or they shall not be aggressive in front of the students. Good teachers shall always aware of how to behave and usually be supportive to the students. 4) To have love and faith in teaching as a professional which refers as a good teacher shall be proud of being a teacher and participate in organization. 5) To be leaders in terms of Thai culture and Thai wisdom conservation referring that good teacher shall encourage other people to use Thai local product as well as frequently จ participate in Thai tradition. Also, good teacher shall apply Thai wisdom in the classroom. It has been discovered that factors promoting good attributes of being a good teacher spiritually corresponding with the characteristics of teachers in 21st century are to facilitate projects or activities to promote the ideology of being a good teacher or to promote a project to support students with activities reflecting the roots of culture and local life. In addition, a project or activities promoting life skills, social skills, professional skills as well as language skills shall be provided to the students in order that they can survive in 21st century. Moreover, a project or activities to encourage endurance, life in the society, local community shall be provided. Besides, Mae Hong Son College shall develop courses in the curriculum to have contents related to the context of Mae Hong Son in order that it can be used to promote the good attributes of being good teacher spiritually. As a result, student teachers of Mae Hong Son College will learn how to adapt themselves to the dynamic changes of cross culture and the progress of technology with eliminating the root of Mae Hong Son culture. In terms of strategies to promote good characteristics of being a good teacher among student teachers of Mae Hong Son College which corresponds with the god characteristics of good teachers in 21st century, it consists of 4 aspects which are 1) internal surrounding which is considered to be the strongest point to facilitate the promotion of being a good teacher spiritually as administrative possess good leadership in constantly managing, supporting, and developing the potential of student teachers. Also, lectures are knowledgeable and well-experienced in terms of teaching profession. 2) Internal surrounding which considered being the weakest point to facilitate the promotion of being a good teacher spiritually is the lack of integration related to promoting the sense of being a good teacher spiritually as well as the lack of ฉ activities and projects which do not suits to promote the sense of being a good teacher spiritually. 3) external surrounding which can be referred as opportunity is that Mae Hong Son is a society and community with the strength of decent culture known for its simplicity of life, gentle mind, and generosity. These characteristics can be used to promote the sense of being a good teacher spiritually among student teachers. 4) External surrounding considered being obstacle is negative values of the society nowadays such as using expensive goods, drinking alcohol, going out to the clubs. These values are influenced by media especially from the internet.
