บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) เพื่อศึกษาและวิเคราะห์ความต้องการสารสนเทศงานวิชาการบนเว็บไซต์ ของผู้บริหาร คณาจารย์ พนักงานสายสนับสนุนและนักศึกษา ของคณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเชียงใหม่ และ (2) เพื่อนำผลการวิเคราะห์ความต้องการสารสนเทศบนเว็บไซต์งานวิชาการของผู้บริหาร คณาจารย์ พนักงานสายสนับสนุนและนักศึกษา มาเป็นแนวทางการพัฒนาปรับปรุงสารสนเทศงานวิชาการบนเว็บไซต์ คณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเชียงใหม่ ประชากรในการวิจัยคือ ผู้บริหาร จำนวน 12 คน , คณาจารย์ จำนวน 55 คน , พนักงานสายสนับสนุน จำนวน 12 คน และกลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัยคือ นักศึกษา จำนวน 378 คน คณะ ครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเชียงใหม่ ประจำปีการศึกษา 2558 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ระดับความต้องการสารสนเทศงานวิชาการบนเว็บไซต์ คณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเชียงใหม่ ประกอบด้วย 7 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านการเรียนการสอน ด้านหลักสูตร ด้านการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษา ด้านการวิจัย ด้านการบริการวิชาการ ด้านการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครู และด้านการขอใบประกอบวิชาชีพครู โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ในค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานรวม ( =4.24, S.D.= 0.72) โดยมีแนวทางในการพัฒนาและปรับปรุงสารสนเทศงานวิชาการบนเว็บไซต์คณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเชียงใหม่ ซึ่งได้จากผลการวิจัย แบ่งออกเป็น 3 ระยะ ดังนี้ 1) การพัฒนาและปรับปรุงในระยะแรก ได้แก่ การปรับปรุงข้อมูลสารสนเทศงานวิชาการบนเว็บไซต์คณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเชียงใหม่ ที่มีอยู่ให้มีข้อมูลสารสนเทศที่ครบถ้วน ถูกต้อง และ Update ให้เป็นข้อมูลที่เป็นปัจจุบันทันสมัยอยู่ตลอดเวลา 2) การพัฒนาและปรับปรุงในระยะที่สอง ได้แก่ การเพิ่มข้อมูลสารสนเทศงานวิชาการบนเว็บไซต์คณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเชียงใหม่ ตามผลที่ได้จากการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลให้สอด คล้องกับความต้องการในแต่ละด้านโดยแบ่งเป็นหมวดหมู่ชัดเจนเพื่อสะดวกในการสืบค้น 3) การพัฒนาและปรับปรุงในระยะที่สาม ได้แก่ การเพิ่มข้อมูลสารสนเทศงานวิชาการ คณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเชียงใหม่ ที่มีการเสนอแนะเพิ่มเติมในแต่ละด้านเพื่อให้ได้ข้อมูลสารสนเทศครบถ้วนตรงกับความต้องการของผู้ใช้บริการ

Abstract

This research aims to (1) study and analyze the information on the website of the academic executive directors, instructors, support staff and students of faculty of Education, Chiang Mai Rajabhat University, and (2) to analyze the information on the website of the academic executive directors, instructors, support staff and students of faculty of Education, Chiang Mai Rajabhat University in order to improve academic information on the website of faculty of Chiang Mai Rajabhat University. The research population are consisted of 12 executive directors , 55 teachers, 12 support staff, and the sample group consisted of 378 students , Faculty of Education, Chiang Mai Rajabhat University in Academic Year of 2015. The instruments used in the research were questionnaires, statistics used in data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation. The research found that The analysis’s result of the demand for technical information on the website of faculty of education, Chiang Mai Rajabhat University including seven aspects of instruction, curriculum, education insurance, research, academic services, and teaching practicum, and application of professional teacher license are in high level in mean, and standard deviation ( = 4.24, S.D. = 0.72). The guidelines for developing and updating academic information on the Faculty of Education website. Chiang Mai Rajabhat University The research results are divided into 3 phases. 1) Development and improvement in the first phase is the updating of academic information on the Faculty of Education website. Chiang Mai Rajabhat University Existing, accurate and up-to-date information is always up-to-date. 2) Development and improvement in the second phase include the addition of academic information on the Faculty of Education website. Chiang Mai Rajabhat University As a result of data analysis, The requirements in each area are divided into clear categories for easy searching. 3) Development and improvement in the third phase is the addition of information information to the Faculty of Education, Chiang Mai Rajabhat University. There are additional suggestions in each area to obtain complete information to meet the needs of users.
