บทคัดย่อ

การศึกษาข้อมูลด้านศิลปหัตถกรรมของชนเผ่าต่างเพื่อการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์งานจักสานเพื่อการพาณิช จังหวัดแม่ฮ่องสอน การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้ เพื่อศึกษาข้อมูลด้านงานหัตถกรรมจักสานในจังหวัดแม่ฮ่องสอน เพื่อพัฒนาและสร้างผลิตภัณฑ์งานจักสานของจังหวัดแม่ฮ่องสอน และเพื่อถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้ทางด้านการพัฒนางานจักสาน ให้กับชุมชนในจังหวัดแม่ฮ่องสอน ประชากรได้แก่ ผู้ใช้งานผลิตภัณฑ์จักสาน ผู้ผลิตและจาหน่ายงานหัตถกรรมจักสาน ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์ และประชากรในชุมชนและชุมชนใกล้เคียงกับอาเภอกลุ่มเป้าหมาย และเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่าง แบบเจาะจง จานวน 80 คน ประกอบด้วย ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์ ผู้จาหน่ายผลิตภัณฑ์งานจักสาน และพัฒนากร จังหวัดแม่ฮ่องสอน ส่วนใหญ่ถูกถ่ายทอดงานจักสานมาจากครอบครัว และผลิตภัณฑ์ส่วนใหญ่เป็นของใช้ทั่วไป การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้านงานหัตถกรรมจักสานในจังหวัดแม่ฮ่องสอน พบว่าผลิตภัณฑ์ส่วนใหญ่มักจะถูกถ่ายทอดงานจักสานมาจากครอบครัว และงานส่วนใหญ่จะเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ของใช้ทั่วไป การพัฒนาและสร้างผลิตภัณฑ์งานจักสานจังหวัดแม่ฮ่องสอน ผู้วิจัยได้ทาการพัฒนาและสร้างต้นแบบผลิตภัณฑ์ให้แก่อาเภอแม่สะเรียงจานวน 2 ประเภทคือ โคมไฟ กระเป๋า และกลุ่มอาเภอปาย จานวน 2 ประเภท คือ โต๊ะเก้าอี้ และของตกแต่งบ้าน จากการศึกษาจากแบบสอบถาม พบว่าค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานของรูปแบบผลิตภัณฑ์และการใช้งานจากความพึงพอใจผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ได้รับการออกแบบและพัฒนาแล้ว ผลิตภัณฑ์งานจักสานโคมไฟ กลุ่มอาเภอแม่สะเรียง ในภาพรวมมีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับดี โดยด้านความเหมาะสมกับประโยชน์ใช้สอย มีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับดี ด้านความเหมาะสมกับความสวยงาม มีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับดี และด้านความเหมาะสมกับวัสดุและกรรมวิธีการผลิต มีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับดี และผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลจากแบบสอบถามผู้บริโภค กลุ่มหัตถกรรมจักสาน อาเภออแม่สะเภรียง ประเภทงานจักสานกระเป๋า พบว่าค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานของรูปแบบผลิตภัณฑ์และการใช้งานจากความพึงพอใจผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ได้รับการออกแบบและพัฒนาแล้ว ผลิตภัณฑ์งานจักสานกระเป๋า กลุ่มอาเภอแม่สะเรียง ในภาพรวมได้ระดับคะแนน มีความพึงพอใจ อยู่ในระดับดี โดยด้านความเหมาะสมกับประโยชน์ใช้สอย มีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับดี ด้านความเหมาะสมกับความสวยงามมีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับดี และด้านความเหมาะสมกับวัสดุและกรรมวิธีการผลิต มีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับดีมาก จากการศึกษาจากแบบสอบถาม พบว่ากลุ่มหัตถกรรมจักสานอาเภอปาย ผู้บริโภคมีความพึงพอใจผลิตภัณฑ์ในรูปแบบงานจักสานโต๊ะเกาอี้ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับดี โดยด้านความเหมาะสมกับประโยชน์ใช้สอย มีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับดี ด้านความเหมาะสมกับความสวยงาม มีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับดี และด้านความเหมาะสมกับวัสดุและกรรมวิธีการผลิต มีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับดี และผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลจากแบบสอบถามผู้บริโภค กลุ่มหัตถกรรมจักสาน อาเภออาาย ประเภทงานจักสานของตกแต่งบ้านและของใช้ พบว่าค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานของรูปแบบผลิตภัณฑ์และการใช้งานจากความพึงพอใจผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ได้รับการออกแบบและพัฒนาแล้ว ผลิตภัณฑ์งานจักสาน ผลิตภัณฑ์งานจักสานของตกแต่งบ้าน และของใช้ กลุ่มอาเภอปาย ในภาพรวมได้ระดับความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับดี โดยด้านความเหมาะสมกับประโยชน์ใช้สอย มีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับดี ด้านความเหมาะสมกับความสวยงาม มีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับดี และด้านความเหมาะสมกับวัสดุและกรรมวิธีการผลิต มีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับดี การถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้ทางด้านการพัฒนางานจักสาน ให้กับชุมชน พบว่ากลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เป็นประชากรในชุมชน ได้ให้ความคิดเห็น ทัศนคติ และคุณลักษณะต่างๆ ของประชากรต่อผลการวิจัย เช่นเป็นผลงานวิจัยที่มีประโยชน์ของชาวจังหวัดแม่ฮ่องสอน โดยถือว่ามีคุณค่าและเป็นเอกลักษณ์ และสามารถลงทุนประกอบการแบบยั่งยืนได้

Abstract

The Study of Tribesman’s Art and Craft Information for the Development of Mae Hongson’s Craftmanship Products aims to study the information of handcraft in Mae Hong Son Province. It also aims to develop and create the products of Mae Hong Son handcraft, as well as to transfer the body of knowledge on the development of handcraft for the community in Mae Hong Son The population of this research consists of handcraft product users, handcraft producers and distributors, experts on product design and people in the community as well as nearby community. 80 people were selected specifically as a sample group. The sample group comprised of experts on product design, handcraft distributors and developers of Mae Hong Son Province. The knowledge of producing handcraft mainly transmitted from family and the majority of the products are general appliance. According to the analysis of handcraft products in Mae Hong Son Province, it has been found that the knowledge of producing handcraft mainly transmitted from family and the majority of the products are general appliance. For the development and creation of handcraft product in Mae Hong Son Province, the researcher has created and developed two types of product design models for Mae Sariang District which are lamps and bags. Additionally, the two types of product design models which are chairs and home decoration products were developed and created for Pai District. According to the results from the questionnaire, it has been illustrated that the group of handcraft producers in Mae Sariang District is satisfied with the model product of lamp. In general, the satisfaction is in well - satisfied level. For the aspect of proper usage, the satisfaction is in well - satisfied level. Furthermore, in the aspect of beauty of the design, the satisfaction is in well - satisfied level. Last but not least, in the aspect of materials and producing method, the satisfaction is in well - satisfied level. Additionally, the result analysis of questionnaire from the consumers of handcraft producer group in Mae Sariang District on the model product of bag, it has been discovered that the consumers are satisfied with the bag. In general, the satisfaction is in well - satisfied level. For the aspect of proper usage, the satisfaction is in well - satisfied level. Furthermore, in the aspect of beauty of the design, the satisfaction is in well - satisfied level. Last but not least, in the aspect of materials and producing method, the satisfaction is in very well - satisfied level. According to the results from the questionnaire, it has shown that the group of handcraft producers in Pai District is generally satisfied with the model product of chairs and tables. For the aspect of proper usage, the satisfaction is in well - satisfied level. Furthermore, in the aspect of beauty of the design, the satisfaction is in well - satisfied level. Last but not least, in the aspect of materials and producing method, the satisfaction is in well - satisfied level. Moreover, the result analysis of questionnaire from the consumers of handcraft in Pai District on the model product of general appliance and home decoration products, it has been discovered there is consumers’ needs on handicraft home decoration products. The overall satisfaction is in well satisfied level. For the aspect of proper usage, the satisfaction is in well satisfied level. Furthermore, in the aspect of beauty of the design, the satisfaction is in well satisfied level. Last but not least, in the aspect of materials and producing method, the satisfaction is in well satisfied level. From the transfer of knowledge from developing and creating the handcraft for the community, it has been found that students who are the population of the community have expressed their opinions, attitude, and the attributes towards the research as it is very useful for people in Mae Hong Son Province. The research is quite valuable and unique. Entrepreneurs can invest money on the models leading to sustainable business.
