บทคัดย่อ

โครงการวิจัยเรื่อง การส่งเสริมผลิตภัณฑ์ท้องถิ่นของผู้สูงอายุในชุมชนเทศบาลเมือง เมืองแกนพัฒนา อำเภอแม่แตง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ เป็นการวิจัยประยุกต์เชิงปฏิบัติการโดยให้คนในชุมชนมีส่วนร่วมในการพัฒนาระบบ ให้ข้อมูล ทดสอบการใช้งาน และให้ข้อเสนอแนะ โดยการนำเอาผลิตภัณฑ์ในท้องถิ่นของกลุ่มผู้สูงอายุในชุมชน มาจัดทำเป็นระบบพานิชอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ โดยมุ่งเน้นในการจัดจำหน่ายผลิตภัณฑ์ของกลุ่มผู้สูงอายุในชุมชนให้เป็นที่รู้จัก เพิ่มช่องทางในการจัดจำหน่ายผลิตภัณฑ์ท้องถิ่นของผู้สูงอายุในชุมชน เพื่อให้ก่อเกิดรายได้ให้กับครอบครัว และใช้เวลาว่างจากฤดูเก็บเกี่ยวผลผลิตให้เป็นประโยชน์ อีกทั้งยังเป็นการส่งเสริมความสัมพันธ์อันดีภายในครอบครัว สนับสนุนให้ผู้สูงอายุในชุมชนตระหนักถึงคุณค่าในตนเองโดยการสร้างรายได้ให้กับครอบครัว และใช้เวลาว่างให้เกิดประโยชน์ โครงการวิจัยนี้ ได้คัดเลือกผลิตภัณฑ์ท้องถิ่นของกลุ่มผู้สูงอายุในชุมชนเทศบาลเมืองเมืองแกนพัฒนา มาทำการพัฒนาโดยการเขียนโปรแกรมด้วยภาษา PHP และ ใช้ MySQL บริหารจัดการฐานข้อมูล เพื่อใช้ในการเผยแพร่ข้อมูลสินค้า จัดจำหน่ายสินค้า ประชาสัมพันธ์ ชำระเงิน และขนส่งสินค้า จากนั้นทำการประเมินความพึงพอใจการใช้งานของระบบจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง   ผลการวิจัยที่ได้จากแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจการใช้งานระบบของกลุ่มตัวอย่างพบว่ากลุ่มตัวอย่างมีระดับความถึงพอใจในประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของระบบเฉลี่ยในระดับ 4.17 และเมื่อนำเปรียบเทียบกับเกณฑ์การประเมินที่ได้กำหนดไว้ พบว่าอยู่ในระดับดี

Abstract

The research topic of “Promoting local products in Muangkaen Pattana Municipality Mae Taeng District Chiangmai Province. in the Area of Muang Kaen Pattana Municipality, Mae Taeng District, Chiang Mai Province” was conducted with following objectives : to study the context which relates to the community enterprise promotion by using information technology; to disseminate the system of community enterprise promotion by using information technology; to compose an operational manual of the system; and to assess achievements of the system of the community enterprise promotion. This research selected community groups in Muang Kaen Pattana Municipality as a model. This research was conducted by using the participatory action research. Data were collected from the group of the community enterprise, which are Ruom Jai Por Piang group, 700 years lantern group and product processing group. The commercial-electronic system of the community enterprise promotion was developed to sell groups’ products and was disseminated on the network. Research findings were obtained from a satisfactory survey of the users of the system. It was found that the users had the satisfactory level at 3.98, which was equivalent to the good level, according to the evaluation criteria.
