บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย คือ 1) ออกแบบบรรจุภัณฑ์ และสื่อสิ่งพิมพ์ เพื่อเพิ่มมูลค่าของผลผลิตสมุนไพรท้องถิ่นในพื้นที่สะลวง อำเภอแม่ริม จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ประชากรและกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ สมุนไพรท้องถิ่นในพื้นที่สะลวง อำเภอแม่ริม จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ โดยใช้วิธีสุ่มแบบเจาะจง ตามวัตถุประสงค์ (Purposive sampling) เครื่องมือในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบวัดผลความพึงพอใจในผลงานการออกแบบบรรจุภัณฑ์เพื่อเพิ่มมูลค่าของผลผลิตสมุนไพรท้องถิ่นในพื้นที่สะลวง อำเภอแม่ริม จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการอภิปรายผลด้วยการพรรณนา ผลการวิจัย พบว่า กลุ่มแม่บ้านเกษตรกรบ้านพระบาทสี่รอย ตั้งอยู่ที่ เลขที่ 26 หมู่ 6 ตำบลสะลวง อำเภอแม่ริม จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ มีการรวมกลุ่มกันเพื่อผลิต แปรรูปและจัดจำหน่ายสินค้าจากสมุนไพรในท้องถิ่น เช่น ชาสมุนไพรชนิดต่าง ๆ ได้แก่ ชาใบหม่อน ชากระดุมทอง ใบย่านาง ใบมะรุม รางจืด ชาอู่หลง ว่านชักมดลูก หญ้าหยืด ใบบัวบก รางจืด ขิง ขมิ้น กระชายดำ กระชายเหลือง เป็นต้น ผลิตภัณฑ์เหล่านี้จะเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ที่สามารถหาได้จากท้องถิ่น โดยมีปัจจัยในการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ ได้แก่ ผลิตภัณฑ์ ราคา ช่องทางการจำหน่ายสินค้า และการประชาสัมพันธ์ ส่วนกระบวนการพัฒนาออกแบบบรรจุภัณฑ์และสื่อสิ่งพิมพ์ เพื่อเพิ่มมูลค่าของผลผลิตสมุนไพรท้องถิ่น ในพื้นที่สะลวง อำเภอแม่ริม จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ใช้กระบวนการ คือ การวางตำแหน่งของผลิตภัณฑ์ การกำหนดขอบเขตของชิ้นงานบรรจุภัณฑ์ การกำหนดองค์ประกอบและแนวคิดในการออกแบบ

Abstract

Packaging Design for Local Herbal Products in Saluang Sub-District, Mae Rim District, Chiang Mai Province has the purpose to design the packaging and print media for increasing the value of local herbs in Saluang areas, Chiang Mai Province. The populations and samples were local herbs in Saluang areas, Mae Rim district, Chiang Mai province. They were selected by using a specific random method with the objectives. The research instrument was satisfaction measure questionnaires in packaging design to increase the value of local herbs in Saluang areas. The results was analyzed the data by discussing the results by depiction. The research found that Baan Phra Bath See Roy agriculturist Housewives Group is located at 26 Moo 6, Saluang Sub-District, Mae Rim District has the purpose to produce Processing and distribution of local herbs. Such as Mulberry tree, Wedelia trilobata, Tiliacora triandra Diels, Moringa, Thunbergia laurifolia Linn, Oolong Tea, Curcuma Comosa Roxb, Plantago major, Asiatic Pennywort, Ginger, Turmeric, Kaempferia parviflora, Chinese ginger, etc. These products were locally available. The factors in product development were including product pricing, product sales chances and public relations. The packaging and printing development process to increase the value of local herbs in the area of Saluang, Mae Rim District. The process is to position the product, determining the scope of the packaging, design the elements and concepts in design.
