บทคัดย่อ

ประยุกต์ศิลป์สร้างสรรค์เพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตของเยาวชนในสถานพินิจและคุ้มครองเด็กและเยาวชนจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาบริบท สถานภาพ ลักษณะทางกายภาพของเด็กในสถานพินิจและคุ้มครองเด็กและเยาวชน จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ 2) จัดการเรียนรู้และวัดผล การเรียนรู้ ด้านประยุกต์ศิลป์สร้างสรรค์ เพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตของเด็กในสถานพินิจและคุ้มครองเด็กและเยาวชนในจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ประชากรและกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาคือ เด็กในสถานพินิจและคุ้มครองเด็กและเยาวชนจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ จานวน 70 คน ใช้วิธีสุ่มเฉพาะเจาะจง (Purposive sampling) และใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการศึกษา จากนั้นจึงแสดงผลออกมาเป็นตาราง อัตราร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า สถานพินิจคุ้มครองเด็กและเยาวชนจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ มีแนวคิดในการปฏิบัติต่อเด็กและเยาวชนและครอบครัวเพื่อให้การคุ้มครองและช่วยเหลือสงเคราะห์ โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมครั้งนี้เป็นเพศชายมากกว่าเพศหญิง อายุตั้งแต่ 16 ปีขึ้นไป มีน้าหนัก 41-50 กิโลกรัม ส่วนสูง 101-150 เซนติเมตร ไม่ระบุภูมิลาเนา รองลงมาคือ จังหวัดลาพูนและจังหวัดแม่ฮ่องสอน นับถือศาสนาพุทธ พักอาศัยอยู่ในสถานพินิจและคุ้มครองเด็กและเยาวชนจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ไม่มีภาวะ ความพิการ ด้านพฤติกรรมของเด็กแบ่งเป็นกลุ่มที่เรียนดีและกลุ่มที่มีปัญหาด้านกระบวนการคิด สาหรับโปรแกรมการจัดกิจกรรม เพื่อพัฒนาสมรรถภาพเด็กในสถานพินิจคุ้มครองเด็กและเยาวชนจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ทั้ง 3 ด้าน ได้แก่ สังคม อารมณ์ และความคิดสร้างสรรค์ ซึ่งพฤติกรรมด้านจิตใจ / อารมณ์ ก่อนปฏิบัติกิจกรรมอยู่ในระดับปฏิบัติพฤติกรรมมากและหลังจากปฏิบัติกิจกรรมแล้วมีพฤติกรรมอยู่ในระดับปฏิบัติพฤติกรรมปานกลางถึงมากที่สุด พฤติกรรมด้านสังคม และพฤติกรรมด้านความคิดสร้างสรรค์ ก่อนและหลังปฏิบัติกิจกรรมอยู่ในระดับปฏิบัติพฤติกรรม ปานกลางถึงมาก ความพึงพอใจของเด็กในสถานพินิจและคุ้มครองเด็กและเยาวชนในจังหวัดเชียงใหม่โดยตรง มีพฤติกรรมก่อนปฏิบัติกิจกรรมอยู่ในระดับปฏิบัติพฤติกรรมมากและหลังปฏิบัติกิจกรรมอยู่ในระดับปฏิบัติพฤติกรรมมากที่สุด

Abstract

Applying Art and Design Activity to Quality of life for Children and Youth at Observation and protection in Chiang Mai has the objectives of this study were: 1) to study the context, physical characteristics of children in the observation and protection of children and youth. 2) to manage learning and measure learning in the application of creative arts for improving the quality of life of children in the observation and protection of children and youth in Chiang Mai. The samples which used in the study were 70 children from Children and Youth at Observation and protection in Chiang Mai. They were selected by using the purposive sampling method and questionnaire as tools to study. The results showed as percentage, arithmetic mean and standard deviation. The research found that the Chiang Mai Child Protection Observation Center has a concept to treat children, youth and their families to provide a protection and assistance. The samples who participated in this activity were male over 16 years old and over with weight of 41-50 kg, height 101-150 cm, and no domicile. There were followed by Lamphun and Mae Hong Son. They were Buddhist living in the Children and Youth at Observation and protection in Chiang Mai that has no child behavioral disability. This was classified to 2 groups. There were a good group and a problematic group. For the event program to develop children's fitness in the Children and Youth at Observation and protection in Chiang Mai to be 3 aspects: social, emotional and creative. The psychological and behavioral behaviors before the activity were at the high level. After the activity, the behaviors were at the moderate and the highest level. The social behavior and creative thinking were at a moderate and high level, both of before and after the activity. The satisfaction of Children and Youth at Observation and protection in Chiang Mai behavior was at the high level before the activity. After the activity, there was the highest level.
