บทคัดย่อ

โครงการวิจัย พฤกษศาสตร์พื้นบ้านและนิเวศวัฒนธรรมเพื่อการสร้างจิตสำนึกในการอนุรักษ์พืชอาหารจากป่ากรณีศึกษาชุมชนสะลวง–ขี้เหล็ก อำเภอแม่ริม จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ มีวัตถุประสงค์หลัก เพื่อสำรวจพฤกษศาสตร์พื้นบ้านพืชอาหารจากป่า ชื่อท้องถิ่น แนวทางการใช้ประโยชน์ ส่วนของพืชที่นำมาใช้ประโยชน์ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า พืชอาหารจากป่าในพื้นที่ป่าสะลวง–ขี้เหล็ก ที่ชุมชนมีการนำมาใช้ประโยชน์จำนวน 61 ชนิด โดยมีการใช้ประโยชน์จากส่วนต่างๆ พืช แบ่งได้เป็น 4 ส่วน แต่พืชบางชนิดสามารถใช้ประโยชน์ได้มากกว่าหนึ่งส่วน ประกอบด้วย พืชที่ใช้ประโยชน์จากใบ จำนวน 30 ชนิด พืชที่ใช้ประโยชน์จากดอก จำนวน 8 ชนิด พืชที่ใช้ประโยชน์จากผล จำนวน 20 ชนิด และพืชที่ใช้ประโยชน์จากลำต้น จำนวน 16 ชนิด คำสำคัญ : พืชอาหารจากป่า, พฤกษศาสตร์พื้นบ้าน

Abstract

This research with entitle “Ethnobotanical and Conservation Eco – cultural of Edible, A Case Study in Saluang – Keelek community, Mae Rim District, Chiang Mai Province”. The objectives were to study daily plant uses of Saluang –Keelek community, The compilation of ethnobotanical data is also subject to conservation, such information will be able to be used as data base for other research. The data collection about plant uses was conducted by means of interviewing the local informants, for example, elders and general villagers to record ethnobotanical data such as local names, utilization, used parts, way to use. The results indicated that there were 61 species that the Saluang – Keelek community use in their daily life. The Plants were classified into four categories; some species can be used for more than one purpose according to their uses, 30 species can used advantage from leaf, 8 species can used advantage from flower, 20 species can used advantage from fruits and 16 species can used advantage from stem
