บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ (1) เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการจัดการ ศูนย์การเรียนรู้เชิงคุณธรรมแบบองค์รวประจา ตา บลสันผักหวาน อา เภอหางดง จังหวัด เชียงใหม่ ให้กับผู้เรียน (2) เพื่อศึกษาการเตรียมความพร้อมในการใช้รูปแบบการจัดการ ศูนย์การเรียนรู้เพื่อพัฒนาผู้เรียนแบบองค์รวม (3) เพื่อศึกษาผลการพัฒนาศูนย์การเรียนรู้ เชิงคุณธรรมประจา ตา บลสันผักหวานแบบองค์รวม อา เภอหางดง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ผลการศึกษาสรุปได้ว่าปัจจัยที่ส่งผลกระทบต่อการจัดการสร้างศูนย์การเรียนรู้คือ สถานที่ การใช้สื่อ ผู้ผลิตสื่อรวมทั้งงบประมาณในการสร้าง ความร่วมมือของคนใน ชุมชน เกี่ยวกับการย้ายสถานที่ศูนย์การเรียนรู้ฯ บ้านคุณถวัลย์ไปที่วัดลัดฏฐิวนาราม ซึ่ง เป็นสถานที่ที่เหมาะสม สามารถจอดรถได้หลายคัน ตลอดจนความสะดวกใจต่อการใช้ สถานที่ของผู้ที่จะมาศึกษาเรียนรู้ โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งท่านพระครูอุดม เป็นพระนักพัฒนา ที่มีความประสงค์ในการย้ายศูนย์ไปที่วัดแห่งนี้ แต่ปัญหาที่ประสบ ในขณะนี้มีหลาย ประการคือขาดผู้สนับสนุนในทุก ๆ ด้าน เช่น ขาดผู้จัดทา สื่อที่ใช้ในการถ่ายทอดสาหรับ 4 ผู้ที่มาเรียนรู้เกี่ยวกับการปั้นดิน ขาดแหล่งเงินทุน อีกทั้งขาดบุคลากรที่จะทา การศึกษา รวบรวมองค์ความรู้ที่มีอยู่ในวัดด้านศิลปวัฒนธรรม คือ ผลงานจิตรกรรม ประติมากรรม สถาปัตยกรรมที่ทรงคุณค่าภายในวัดที่มีประวัติความเป็นมาที่ยาวนานถึง 400 ปี เนื่องจาก วัดมีพระจา พรรษาอยู่เพียง 5 รูปเท่านั้น นอกจากนี้จากการสารวจสถานที่ภายในวัด มี อาคารที่สามารถดัดแปลงเป็นสถานที่เก็บข้อมูลด้านสื่อต่าง ๆ และอาคารที่น่าจะปรับเป็น แหล่งเรียนรู้หลายด้าน รวมทั้งการปั้นดินหรือการสอนงานหัตถกรรมพื้นบ้านสาขาอื่น ๆ ที่เป็นภูมิปัญญาของท้องถิ่น เช่นการทา ตุง โคม ซึ่งเป็นงานหัตถกรรมที่สืบทอดมาเป็น เวลายาวนานของชุมชน แต่ขาดการเชื่อมโยงหรือสนับสนุนในการนาเอากิจกรรมต่าง ๆ อนุรักษ์ภูมิปัญญาของปราชญ์ชาวบ้านเพื่อสืบทอด และเผยแพร่ต่อไป จึงได้บูรณาการ การเรียนการสอนร่วมกันระหว่างบ้าน วัด โรงเรียน และภาควิชาศิลปกรรม มหาวิทยาลัย ราชภัฏเชียงใหม่ ออกแบบ พัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ เพื่อเป็นแนวทางให้กับผู้ประกอบการ นา ผลงานที่ได้ไปจัดแสดง ณ ศูนย์การเรียนรู้ ที่โรงเรียนบ้านป่ าตาลเป็นตัวอย่างต่อไป

Abstract

The objectives of this research were (1) to develop the management Development of the Moral Learning Center in Sansai Sub-district, Hang Dong district, Chiang Mai. (2) to study the readiness to use the learning management model to develop the holistic learners and (3) to study the development of the Development of the Moral Learning Center in Sansai areas, Chiang Mai. The research found that the factors which affected the management of the Development of the Moral Learning Center were the media producer and the budget. People in the community about the relocation of the learning center Mr. Thawun's house to locate at Wat Laddthawanaram. This is the right place that can park for several cars and convenience to use the place for people to study. Especially, Phrakhu Udom who is a developer of Development of the Moral Learning Center. The problem faced were numbers of factors which lacking in sponsorships, such as the lack of media providers for people who come to learn about molding and lack of funding. In addition, the lack of personnel to study the collection of knowledge contained in the temple of Arts and culture is the work of painting, sculpture, architectural value in the temple. There has a long history of 400 years, because the temple has only 5 Buddhist monks. Also, from the site surveying within the temple, there were a number of buildings that can be adapted as the media storage facilities and buildings which need to be upgraded to be a learning resource, including soil molding, teaching local handicrafts from the other local wisdom such as the Tung lamp, which is a long-standing heritage of the community. In addition, the lack of links or support to bring activities to conserve the wisdom of the villagers to inherit and continue to publish has integrated teaching together between the temple, the school and the Arts department at Chiang Mai Rajabhat University. The department was design products to guide the entrepreneur to take the exhibit at the Development of the Moral Learning Center at Baan Pa Tan School in the future.
