บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยแบบผสมผสานครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาทัศนคติต่อพฤติกรรมเสี่ยง ทางเพศ 2) ศึกษาการแสดงออกพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงทางเพศ และ 3) สร้างรูปแบบการป้องกันพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงทางเพศแก่นักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น ในเขตอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดแม่ฮ่องสอน รวบรวมข้อมูลทัศนคติและการแสดงออกพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงทางเพศจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ นักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น ในเขตอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดแม่ฮ่องสอน จำนวน 589 คน และครูที่ปรึกษา ครูแนะแนวและครู หรือเจ้าหน้าที่ประจำห้องพยาบาล จำนวน 50 คน สำหรับการสร้างรูปแบบการป้องกันพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงทางเพศของนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น ในเขตอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดแม่ฮ่องสอน ได้รวบรวมข้อมูลจากกลุ่มผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 19 คน โดยใช้เทคนิคการวิจัย (Ethnographic Delphi Future Research; EDFR) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. นักเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้นในเขตอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดแม่ฮ่องสอน มีทัศคติต่อพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงทางเพศ ระดับมากใน 3 ด้าน คือ ด้านมีเพศสัมพันธ์ก่อนวัยอันควร ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.08 ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 1.26 รองลงมาคือด้านการมีเพศสัมพันธ์โดยไม่มีการป้องกัน ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.01 ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 1.18 และด้านการแสดงออกพฤติกรรมทางเพศโดยเสรี ค่าเฉลี่ย 3.70 ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 1.41 และมีทัศคติต่อพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงด้านการเที่ยวสถานเริงรมย์ ระดับปานกลาง ค่าเฉลี่ย 3.31 ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 1.47 2. กลุ่มตัวอย่างแสดงออกพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงทางเพศระดับปฏิบัติน้อยที่สุดทั้ง 2 ด้าน คือ พฤติกรรมการบริโภคสื่อลามกหรือสื่อยั่วยุทางเพศ ค่าเฉลี่ย 1.52 ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 0.76 และการดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ที่มีผลต่อการมีเพศสัมพันธ์ ค่าเฉลี่ย 1.28 ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 0.66 3. การสร้างรูปแบบการป้องกันพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงทางเพศของนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น ในเขตอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดแม่ฮ่องสอน รวบรวมข้อมูลจากกลุ่มผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้วยเทคนิคการวิจัยอนาคต EDFR ได้รูปแบบการป้องกันที่ต้องดำเนินการโดยอาศัยความร่วมมือจาก 4 ฝ่าย ได้แก่ ภาครัฐ ชุมชน โรงเรียน และครอบครัว ผลการศึกษาครั้งนี้ ทำให้เข้าใจทัศนคติ และการแสดงออกพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงทางเพศ และได้รูปแบบการป้องกันพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงทางเพศสำหรับนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น ในเขตอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดแม่ฮ่องสอน ที่มีความเหมาะสมและสามารถนำไปใช้เพื่อป้องกันปัญหาพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงทางเพศที่อาจเกิดขึ้นได้ต่อไป

Abstract

This mixed methods research aimed to 1) study attitude of risk sexual behaviors 2) study the expression of risk sexual behaviors and 3) build the model of risk behavior for sexual prevention of secondary school students in Mueang Mae Hong Son district, Mae Hong Son province. The attitude and expression of risk sexual behaviors data were collected from 589 secondary school students in Mueang Mae Hong Son district, Mae Hong Son province and 50 people from teachers, guidance teachers and the teachers/or the staff of nursing station. Based on building the model of risk behavior for sexual prevention of secondary school students in Mueang Mae Hong Son district , Mae Hong Son province, the data were collected from 19 experts using Ethnographic Delphi Future Research; EDFR. The results of study found that: 1. The secondary school students In Mueang Mae Hong Son district, Mae Hong Son province had 3 dimension of the high attitude mean score, followed by having sex premature (xˉ =4.08, S.D.=1.26), having sex without protection (xˉ =4.01, S.D.=1.18), and expression sexual behavior openly (xˉ =3.70, S.D.=1.4). They had medium attitude mean score in dimension of excursion place of amusement (xˉ =3.31, S.D. 1.47). 2. The expression of risk sexual behaviors of the sample had 2 dimensions of the lowest mean score, followed by problem of rated - R media (xˉ =1.52, S.D.=0.76) and drinking alcohol behavior that effect for having sex (xˉ =1.28, S.D.=0.66). 3. Based on building the model of risk behavior for sexual prevention of secondary school students In Mueang Mae Hong Son district, Mae Hong Son province, the data were collected from the experts group using the Ethnographic Delphi Future Research; EDFR. The prevention model had to act by cooperating from the four main agencies; government, community, school and family. These study results lead to understand the attitude and expression of risk sexual behaviors and got the model of risk behavior for sexual prevention of secondary school students In Mueang Mae Hong Son district, Mae Hong Son province, that is appropriate and can be used for prevention the future risk sexual problem.
