บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยเรื่อง สำรวจความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้บัณฑิตที่มีต่อบัณฑิตตามมุมมองของผู้ใช้บัณฑิตคณะวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเชียงใหม่ มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อการสำรวจความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้บัณฑิตคณะวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี ประจำปีการศึกษา 2557 – 2558 ซึ่งสามารถนำข้อมูลที่ได้มาทำการปรับปรุงกระบวนการจัดการเรียนการสอน และการพัฒนานักศึกษาของคณะวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี ให้ดียิ่งขึ้นและตรงกับความของผู้ใช้บัณฑิตและสอดคล้องกับการพัฒนาประเทศ ผลการศึกษา พบว่า ความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้บัณฑิตต่อการปฏิบัติงานของบัณฑิตที่สำเร็จการศึกษาจากคณะวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเชียงใหม่ ในภาพรวมทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยด้านคุณธรรม จริยธรรม อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด รองลงมา คือ ด้านทักษะความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคคลและความ ด้านคุณลักษณะบัณฑิตตามอัตลักษณ์ของคณะวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี ด้านความรู้ ด้านทักษะทางปัญญา และด้านทักษะการวิเคราะห์เชิงตัวเลข การสื่อสาร และการใช้เทคโนโลยี ตามลำดับ ในส่วนของจุดเด่น/จุดแข็ง และคุณลักษณะที่เห็นว่าเป็นจุดที่ควรปรับปรุง ของบัณฑิตที่สำเร็จการศึกษาจากคณะวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี คือ ด้านความรู้ความสามารถทางวิชาการและวิชาชีพมากที่สุด ส่วนคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ที่เป็นจุดที่ควรปรับปรุงมากที่สุด คือ ด้านทักษะการวิเคราะห์เชิงตัวเลข การสื่อสารและการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ โดยผู้ใช้บัณฑิตเสนอความเห็นด้านคุณลักษณะของบัณฑิตที่พึงประสงค์ที่จำเป็นต่อการปฏิบัติงาน คือต้องการให้เพิ่มมีทักษะความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคคลและความรับผิดชอบและการให้เหตุผลในการตอบปัญหากับนายจ้าง ความสามารถด้านภาษาอังกฤษ มากที่สุด

Abstract

This research entitle of air pollution management from agriculture by participative approach based on sufficiency economy : Muangkaen Pattana municipality Chiangmai province.. The major objective of this research is to construct a model for managing air pollution by community on the sufficient economical based, which self-done by the local people with continuously and long lasting. The result found that : The patterns in the integration of educational management for locality to solve air pollution problems consist of 4 steps, the first one was the paradigm adjustment of students and people to the community. The second step was the air pollution problems study based from biomass in a community. The third step was the alternative model in solving the air pollution problems which designed by the people and the students in the community such as a simple way in air pollution solving technology, upgraded the understanding and the knowledgement about an air pollution problem to the entrepreneurship in that community and the alternative energy that produced from agricultural biomass. The fourth step was operating the integrated such as the monitoring and evaluation air pollution management from agriculture in that community, the take advantage of biomass transform into the traditional 700-year lamp event and the renewable energy for using in mushroom production process and using agricultural bio-mass for making fertilizer for agricultural activities.
