บทคัดย่อ

ตรสาหรับผู้ให้การฝึกอบรม และคู่มือหลักสูตรสาหรับผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรม 2. แบบทดสอบก่อน – หลังการฝึกอบรม มีลักษณะเป็นข้อคาถามชนิดปรนัย 4 ตัวเลือก จานวน 50 ข้อ และ 3. แบบประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบ t – test dependentผลการวิจัยพบว่า1. ได้หลักสูตรฝึกอบรม เรื่อง การพัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม เรื่อง การวิจัยปฏิบัติการในชั้นเรียน เพื่อยกระดับผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน ประกอบด้วย เอกสารหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม และเอกสารประกอบการฝึกอบรม ซึ่งประกอบด้วย มือหลักสูตรสาหรับผู้ให้การฝึกอบรม และคู่มือหลักสูตรสาหรับผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรม2. ผลการเปรียบเทียบการทดสอบก่อนเข้ารับการอบรมและหลังของผู้เข้ารับการอบรมมีคะแนนหลังเข้ารับการอบรมสูงกว่าก่อนเข้ารับการอบรมอย่างมีนัยสาคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .053. ผลการประเมินของผู้เข้ารับการอบรมมีความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม เรื่อง การวิจัยปฏิบัติการในชั้นเรียน เพื่อยกระดับผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (  = 4.53,S.D. = 0.33)คาสาคัญ : การพัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม, การวิจัยปฏิบัติการในชั้นเรียน, ยกระดับผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน

Abstract

The purpose of this research were to: 1) develop a curriculum and trainingmanual on classroom action research for students’ achievement, and 2) compare theresults of the training course curriculum on classroom action research for students’achievement, and 3) evaluate the satisfaction of the trainees towards the trainingcourse curriculum on classroom action research for students’ achievement. Thepopulation in this study were 770 fifth-year-undergraduate students who were doingteaching practices during academic year 2017. The random samples were 145 peopleby using criteria 19 percent of the sample. The research instrument were including 1)the training course curriculum which was composed of the training documents, trainingmanual, and the training manual for trainees, 2) the 50 pre-test and post-testcontaining 50 multiple-choice items, and 3) the evaluation of trainees’ satisfactiontowards the training course curriculum. The data were analyzed using mean, thestandard deviation, and t-test dependent.The research results were as follows:1) The training course curriculum on classroom action research for students’achievement was composed of training documents and training materials which consistof the course manual for trainers and the course guide for trainees.2) Comparing the test before and after the training of trainees, the scoresafter training was higher than before the training significantly 05.3) The evaluation of the participants were satisfied with the trainingcurriculum of classroom action research for students’ achievement.
