บทคัดย่อ

การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจับเชิงสำรวจมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับความพึงพอใจของบัณฑิตนักศึกษารวมถึงปัจจัยความสัมพันธ์และแนวทางการพัฒนาต่อหลักสูตรสาธารณสุขศาสตรบัณฑิตบนฐานการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้เกี่ยวข้องโดยใช้แบบสอบถามในการเก็บข้อมูลกลุ่มตัวอย่างกลุ่มตัวอย่างมี 2 กลุ่มคือนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีทุกชั้นปีสาขาสาธารณสุขชุมชนจำนวน 220 คนและบัณฑิตคนโดยการสุ่มแบบเจาะจงและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป SPSS โดยวิเคราะห์ค่าความถี่ร้อยละค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานรวมถึงการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนผลการศึกษาพบว่าในกลุ่มนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีทุกชั้นปีโดยแยกเป็นปี 1 (60 คน) 60 คน) ปี 3 (55 คน) ปี 4 (45 คน) นักศึกษามีความคาดหวังในประเด็นการได้รับรู้และประสบการณ์การทำงานด้านสาธารณสุขในอนาคตและปัจจุบันในระดับความคาดหวังมากคิดเป็นร้อยละ 80. 9 และคิดเป็นร้อยละ 46. 8 ความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาต่อการจัดการเรียนการสอนสาขาวิชาสาธารณสุขชุมชนด้านอาจารย์ผู้สอนและอาจารย์ปรึกษาค่าเฉลี่ยรวมรายน 406 + 0. 470 ด้านกระบวนการจัดการเรียนการสอนค่าเฉลี่ยรวมรายด้าน 4. O8 + 0. 45 ด้านการจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมความรู้และทักษะนอกชั้นเรียนค่าเฉลี่ยรวมรายด้าน 4. 18 + 0. 551 เนื้อหารายวิชาของหลักสูตรค่าเฉลี่ยรวมรายด้านเท่ากับ 4. 09t0. 47 นักศึกษาทุกชั้นปีมีพึงพอใจระดับมากการวิเคราะห์ค่าความแปรปรวนเพื่อเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างของความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาสาขาวิชาสาธารณสุขชุมชนชั้นปีแตกต่างกันมีความพึงพอใจต่อการจัดการเรียนการสอนของสาขาวิชาสาธารณสุขชุมชนไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ 0. 05 ในด้านกระบวนการเรียนการสอนและอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาส่วนด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอนการจัดแผนการเรียนเสนอแนะของสาขาวิชาความพึงพอใจต่อการจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมความรู้และทักษะนอกชั้นเรียนและความพึงพอใจต่อเนื้อรายวิชาในหลักสูตรแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ 0. 05 ในกลุ่มของบัณฑิตพบว่าบัณฑิตส่วนใหญ่สังกัดหน่วยเอกชน / รัฐวิสาหกิจจำนวน 55 คนคิดเป็นร้อยละ 78. 6 งานราชการจำนวน 12 คนคิดเป็นร้อยละ 17. 1 ส่วนค่าขาย / ธุรกิจส่วนตัวจำนวน 3 คนคิดเป็นร้อยละ 4. 3 และมีภาวะการมีงานทำภายในระยะเวลา 1-2 ปีจำนวน 45 คนคิดเป็นร้อยละ 64. 3 และในระยะ 6 เดือน 1 ปีจำนวน 17 คนคิดเป็นร้อยละ 24. 3 รองลงมาและระยะต่ำกว่า 6 เดือนจำนวน 8 คนคิดเป็นร้อยละ 11. 4ส่วนใหญ่มีรายได้เฉลี่ย 10, 000 15, 000 บาทและบัณฑิตมีความพึงพอใจของบัณฑิตต่อการจัดการเรียนการสอนสาขาวิชาสาธารณสุขชุมชนด้านอาจารย์ผู้สอนและอาจารย์ปรึกษาค่าเฉลี่ยรวมรายด้าน 4. 05t0. ด้านกระบวนการจัดการเรียนการสอนค่าเฉลี่ยรวมรายด้าน 3. 85 + 0. 41 ด้านการจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมความรู้และทักษะนอกชั้นเรียนค่าเฉลี่ยรวมรายด้าน 4. 32 + 0. 20 ด้านเนื้อหารายวิชาของหลักสูตรเฉลี่ยรวมรายด้าน 4. 21 + 0. 33 พึงพอใจระดับมากการวิเคราะห์ค่าความแปรปรวนเพื่อเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างของบัณฑิตมีงานทำในหน่วยงานแตกต่างกันมีความพึงพอใจต่อการจัดการเรียนการสอนสาขาวิชาสาธารณสุขชุมชนพบว่าภาพรวมทุกด้านมีความพึงพอใจไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ 0. 05 ส่วนแนวทางการพัฒนาหลักสูตรสาธารณสุขศาสตรบัณฑิตโดยการมีส่วนร่วมการระดมคิดและแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ให้ได้ประเด็นที่มีความสำคัญต่อการพัฒนาหลักสูตรสาธารณศาสตรบัณฑิตมีประเด็นสำคัญควรให้มีการประชาสัมพันธ์หลักสูตรล่วงหน้าและระยะยาวสยมความพร้อมทั้งบุคลากรสถานที่และนักศึกษาใหม่จัดการเรียนการสอนเสริมภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อเป็นการพัฒนาบัณฑิตและรองรับความเป็นอาเซียนอยากให้เน้นในประเด็นการฝึกบัณฑิตให้มีทักษะในการแก้ไขปัญหาอย่างมีเหตุมีผลเพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมต่อการทำงานในอนาตคอยากให้มีแหล่งงานรองรับอย่างเพียงพอหรือจัดหาตลาดแรงงานให้เป็นต้น คำสำคัญ ความพึงพอใจ,หลักสูตร

Abstract

This study is a survey survey with the objective to study the level of student satisfaction, including the relationship factors and the development guidelines for the Bachelor of Public Health curriculum based on the participation of relevant parties by using questionnaires to collect Sample Data There are 2 sample groups, consisting of 220 undergraduate students of every year level in Community Public Health, and a student.
