บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาบริบทและข้อมูลพื้นฐานสภาพปัญหาและ ความต้องการในการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์เซรามิกตามภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น ชุมชนอินทขิล อำเภอ แม่แตง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ 2 พัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์เซรามิกต้นแบบตามอัตลักษณ์ดั้งเดิมเพื่อเพิ่มมูลค่าของผลิตภัณฑ์และส่งเสริมให้ชุมชนมีส่วนร่วมในการฟื้นฟูการผลิตเซรามิก ชุมชนอินทขิล อ.แม่แตง จ.เชียงใหม่ 3) ศึกษากระบวนการผลิตเซรามิกตามภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นและถ่ายทอดเทคโนโลยีสู่ชุมชนอินทขิล อ.แม่แตง จ.เชียงใหม่ ในการศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้ กลุ่มประชากรได้แก่ ประชากรและ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ประชากรในอำเภอแม่แตง จำนวน 100 คน และกลุ่มตัวอย่างนักเรียน โรงเรียนป่าจี้วังแดงจำนวน 20 คน ผู้เชี่ยวชาญเกี่ยวข้องงานเครื่องปั้นดินเผา ผู้นำชุมชน และบุคลากรในชุมชน ที่มีส่วนร่วมในการออกแบบและพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ 12 คนซึึ่่งได้มาจากการเลือกแบบเจาะจง (Puposive Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์ แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจ ต่อประสิทธิภาพผลิตภัณฑ์เซรามิก สถิติเชิงพรรณาและ สถิติเชิงปริมาณที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบน มาตรฐาน 
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 
1. ความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อประสิทธิภาพผลิตภัณฑ์เซรามิกต้นแบบที่มีแนวคิดตั้งอยู่บนวิถีและอัตลักษณ์ ของชุมชนหมู่บ้านอินทขิล อำเภอแม่แตง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับความพึงพอใจมาก มีค่าเฉลี่ย 4.60 และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตราฐาน 0.51 
2. ผลการสัมภาษณ์ผู้เชียวชาญเพื่อตรวจสอบรูปแบบผลิตภัณฑ์เซรามิกได้ 9 รูปแบบเพื่อใช้เป็นต้นแบบผลิตภัณฑ์

Abstract

This research aims, (1) to study the context and basic information, problem conditions, and requirements for the development of ceramic products according to the local wisdom of the Inthakin Community, Mae Taeng District, Chiang Mai Province (2) develop prototype ceramic products based on traditional identity, to increase the value of products and encourage communities to participate in the restoration of ceramic production of Inthakin Community, Mae Taeng District, Chiang Mai Province, and (3) study ceramic production process based on local wisdom and transfer technology to Inthakin Community, Mae Taeng District, Chiang Mai Province. This research study includes the population and samples, which are the population in Mae Taeng district, with a total of 100 people, and sample groups of students Pajeewangdaengwittaya School, with a total of 20 students. As well as experts involved in pottery, community leaders, and community personnel who are involved in product design and development, a total of 12 people, this is obtained through purposive sampling. These, research tools include interviews and questionnaires about satisfaction with ceramic product performance. As part of the data analysis, the researchers used descriptive and quantitative statistics, including percentage, average, and standard deviation.The results showed that: 
(1) Satisfaction with the performance of conceptual ceramic products based on the trajectory and identity of Inthakin Community, Mae Taeng District, Chiang Mai Province, with a high satisfaction level, an average of 4.60, and a standard deviation of 0.51. 
(2) Interview results for experts to examine 9 ceramic product models to be used as prototypes.
