บทคัดย่อ
Abstract
The objective of this study was to study the genetic relationship among 30 Astraeus odoratus samples collected from 11 locations in northern Thailand. A total of 109 DNA bands were amplified using fifteen 10-mer random primers. Five DNA bands were unique to some samples from identical origin and not observed in other location. The UPGMA phylogenetic tree showed that A. odoratus in northern
Thailand separated into three groups; the first group consists of eleven samples from Chiang Mai, Lampang, and Nan. The second group consists of six samples from Mae Hong Son and Tak. The third group consists of thirteen samples from Chiang Mai, Lamphun, and Mae Hong Son. The Mantel test revealed a correlation between genetic and geographical distances.
